The language was a barrier, even the receptionists had difficulties with English. Thanks Google app which helped a lot.

Great place to stay. I selected the option with breakfast and dinner, both were great with a variety of Chinese and Western food with beer and soda (Cola, Sprite) served. I enjoyed the noodles soup, could not anything similar later in Sanya. The room was very spacious with 2 beds, enough to accommodate a family of 5, but we were 2. There are 3 pools, 2 of them are shared with the nearby Hualuxe hotel. Water bottles were abundant. There is a gaming centre and a kids place downstairs. The beach is 5-6 minutes walk away, I enjoyed it a lot. Quite a few small shops and cafes nearby, the prices are reasonable. Very welcome and friendly personnel. Taxi-wise, DIDI drivers are readily available through the app.

Of the wishes, I would like to have music in the hotel, sometimes some shows for guests and more sun beds on the beach, there are too few of them

We had a fantastic time there! The location was quiet and surrounded with the beautiful mountains, and the beach is walking distance. The staffs were super friendly and helpful! ( Lucas who works the reception was very professional and attentive!) The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The self-service laundry was very convenient …everything was just exactly what we have expected for our holiday in Sanya!

To increase quantity of sunbeds on the beach I have lost almost 15 minutes when checking out to get invoice though I had notified in advance that I would need it. They booked "friendly" taxi instead of true one. Stupid driver didn't speak English, she made us get off on arrival area of the airport and we had to walk 300 m with baggage to departure terminal.

I have travelled to many countries and cities around the world and this is the hotel I have been most satisfied with so far. The hotel staff is so helpful and professional that they offer you every facility for your comfort. Especially Kevin, Peter and Lukas are really qualified. Our room was terrific, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed it very much, it was a very peaceful stay.

We liked our stay so much! The location is great: close to the beach and 15 mins walk from the food street, which is actually good, cause we liked the quiet area around the hotel. We had a room with a lake and sea view, which was amazing for watching sunsets every evening! The breakfast was great too: a great variety of different dishes. All the personnel were so pleasant! Especially I’d like to thank Hal, who helped us a lot during our stay with taxis, room service etc! Thank you! Was a pleasure!

Staff didn’t speak much English. Our first night dinner at hotel is bad experience. Food took almost an hour to serve & we didn’t get all food that we ordered. Staff are confused due to lack of understanding English.

The coffee machines were too slow, which makes line. The choice of fruits was rather short.

The breakfast was almost good. The swiming pool was really cozy. Wery convenient is the option to use some facilities from the neighbor - Hualux hotel. The option to walk to the closest cluster with shops is also very convenient. It costs 11 yuans

The room is fresh and big enough for a family with two kids. The sea view from the room is fantastic. The staff are friendly and eager to help at anytime. The breakfast is definitely worthy the money. Many choices and yammy. A lot of different entertainments for the kids in the hotel area.
