Old style of small plastic bottles of bath gel, shampoo & conditioner. Very environmentally unfriendly! The demerit of the open bathroom design - there is nowhere for hanging dry clothes inside the shower cubicle.

The location is very convenient as it is within short walking distance to the beach, the happening esplanade, restaurants and a nearby mall.

No room service for food, no English speaking staff. Most of the menu are only in Mandarin or Russian.

Really love our room, it was big and facing the beach. Beach towels were provided as well, for future consideration,it would be great if hotel could provide a beach bag for the towels. Breakfast options was a lot but the quality was so so. But really appreciate that the breakfast ends at 12noon. Thumbs up. Location was great as it was near a mall and a stretch of eateries by the beach. 20mins to Sanya train station.

Some of the rooms have mould and they smell not good. It is all understandable- the climate in Sanya is very humid. The breakfast was not super diverse, every day the dishes were almost the same, the dishes quickly got cold. Bathroom is situated right in the room, it wasn’t a problem for us as a couple, but need to keep in mind that there is no such a privacy in the rooms.

Ideal location, it was close to all main tourist attractions, shopping mall and the beach. It takes around 30-40 minutes by walking to get to the downtown and the Luhuitou park. It is quiet in the evening. The view from the room was awesome. The stuff and service was very good, we didn’t like our first room because it had mould and asked to change the room. We were offered a better room with no any other excess fare. Many thanks to Ivan, who helped with everything starting from transfer ending to city introduction and other - his help made our vacation comfortable! The breakfast hours are long!

If you are looking for a very peaceful stay, I do not recommend Dadonghai area, because there is a lot of nightlife around - that can sometimes result in a noisy environment

My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the varity of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Merry Liu and Aileen for upgrade my room and preparing a welcome fruit platter and biscuits.

This stay was truly exceptional! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a cozy and comfortable manner with all the necessary amenities. The bedding was particularly comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel service was also impeccable. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Merry Liu for her enthusiastic assistance and prompt solutions before booking. The front desk staff, Aileen, was incredibly warm and friendly, with a charming smile. She not only helped upgrade my room type but also prepared a welcome fruit platter. The breathtaking night view I saw when I opened the door was truly stunning. Additionally, the breakfast was quite abundant. Despite my 22-hour flight, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was served until noon, and the dishes catered to my taste buds. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, this was a delightful stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
