The incidents with the shower head falling off and the damaged television screen certainly did not meet our standards, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort these problems may have caused you. We will address these issues immediately to ensure they are resolved and to prevent similar incidents in the future. Regarding the deposit refund, currently, the deposit is released at 4:00 PM on the day of check-out. If there are no additional charges, the pre-authorization will be canceled, and the amount will be returned to the guest’s original account on the same day. If there are any charges, the remaining balance after the hotel’s deduction will be returned to the original account within 1–3 working days. Moving forward, we will proactively inform guests of this process during check-out. We are committed to improving this procedure as soon as possible to provide a smoother and more satisfactory service experience. Your feedback is very valuable to us as it helps us identify areas for improvement.
