There was nothing negative . Excellent hotel

Exceptional super modern hotel great staff, facilities and location . Extra large comfortable beds . There is nothing to fault about this hotel. The reception staff were excellent and check in was a breeze . As I do not speak Chinese the staff were always able to communicate with me using a translation app. We booked a taxi to the airport and it was there on time waiting for us ... super efficient . Thankyou for the great stay and will definitely stay again when in Shenzhen

The breakfast selection is quite limited. The options were quite basic and repetitive, which might not appeal to guests staying for multiple days.

One of the standout features is how IT-driven the hotel is, which made the experience smooth and modern. I especially appreciated the self service laundry system- being able to track machine availability directly from the TV in the room.

The young staff went out of their way to help me, even going with me in a taxi to a metro station so I could purchase a Shenzhen Tong card. The complimentary cold drinks in the mini bar was a fantastic bonus.

The property is located close to the train station. The hotel is designed modern and hi-tech. The room size is just right for two people. Facilities are nice and staff service is exceptional. The breakfast line is various and good quality. Overall we had a great time staying at the hotel.

The room features smart home technology (though voice commands require Mandarin), a sleek modern design, and complimentary daily drinks. The bathroom is impressive, with a high-tech toilet seat offering various smart functions, including bidet cleaning. Additionally, the café attached to the hotel serves great coffee. Overall, a fantastic stay and excellent value for money!

Staff were attentive. Great location - walking distance to Dongmen and close to the train station. The cafe downstairs also serves great drinks. Great facilities such as gym and washing machine.

The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in :) Nice little details like soft pijamas, fragrant tea, good toiletries, coffee vouchers. Staff is well equipped with translation devices and very helpful. Will absolutely recommend this hotel .

None in particular, but note that the hotel does not have a washing machine. Even one of those would make long-term residents more comfortable.

the absent minded staff, I borrowed an adaptor from the counter, returned the other days morning. I checked out and they phoned me and said that I haven't done so. I t wasted my time and money in answering their call . (Long Distant Call)
