The Hotel receptionist is very friendly and exceptionally helpful in solving our problems. They even change the room for me because the water from the shower tap was very slow. They help us solve the problem quickly. The room is clean and spacious. The view from the hotel is awesome.

SingaporeObviously dated rooms however. A case of 'don't fix it till it's really spoilt'. The sofa was yellowed; we didn't dare sit on it. The chair seat was torn, drawers had broken handles, and the grout in the bathroom was stained with rust color.
The location was right in the thick of the action in the old town area, just one street away which provided a bit more quietness. The staff were friendly as well, and even gave us a free magnet souvenir of QIngdao. Importantly the bed was cushy by Chinese standards.
