Excellent Service. Good level of English at reception. Lucky me! Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, thick walls- so quiet; can sleep well. Nice restaurant with varied selection of food. Western food room service - limited menu but good. Convenient location. Recommend!

Everything you need for a comfortable happy stay. Nice spacious room, good bathroom, tasty food, helpful staff, good level of English, comfortable bed, quiet. The spa is good too. Great foot massages! Recommend.

A good all round service. Lovely spacious room. Great bathroom. Thick walls, so quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Varied tasty food in the buffet. Western food room service - limited but tasty. Helpful staff, good level of English; lucky me! Recommend.

Very good level of English at reception - lucky me! Quick easy check-in. Lovely rooms. Nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Everything you need really, all to a good standard. Nice restaurant.

The batter on the room service fish meal could have been crisper. I peeled it off and ate the fish. The french fries were a little tired. The salmon salad - salmon ok but the salad was mostly just lettuce! I was hungry so ate something. It was alright but could be better. My second night's food was better - spaghetti bolognaise. However, the restaurant food was all great.

Only one English speaking person at the front desk.

It is definitely the best hotel in Weifang, big clean rooms with city view, comfortable beds and cozy feeling. European dishes in restaurant and room service menu are definitely a bonus.

My phone and the Wechat function always stop working on entering the hotel (my third visit).Please maybe give people a room number before they pay you. Then they can link to the hotel WiFi and pay you a deposit. Not everyone carries cash.

Shower in shower room didn't work this visit. The shower in bath area was fine.

Lovely room. Very nice decor. Great food both Western and Chinese. Prompt and cosy effective room service. Nice bath, comfortable bed. Also, lucky me - high level of English at Reception Area! Very smooth check-in and check-out too. Quick! Recommend the spa too.

Excellent hotel. Very smooth reception check-in and check-out. A lot of staff speak good English. Lucky me! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Tasteful design, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Food in restaurant and room service was excellent and service was prompt. Just great. Everything was very clean. A very enjoyable hotel experience. 👍

Everything exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at. I have absolutely no complaints about the accommodation, staff or the food.

Great hotel, very beautiful. Food was outstanding, staff were outstanding. I highly recommend any travellers book at the Pullman Weifang. You won't be disappointed.

Small stuff in hotel was a bit cheap and low quality, not like pullman standards. others was fine. About breakfast i was expecting little better but still reasonable.
