They could have some more options for Vegetarians in Breakfast. Not knowing their language was a challenge to communicate with the Chef / Kitchen Staff.

Rooms were quite spacious, beautiful view of the park. Very close the Metro Station. Check in / Check out were extremely smooth. Booked a Taxi for us in a moment.

Very good location near metro line 2 witch go from both airports. And it is also near to city center. Location is also very silent. The hotel offer a breakfast buffet. Breakfast was rich and tasty with traditional chinas meals like steamed dumplings and also with europan style brakfast.

the window leaked the wind a bit and the carpet was dirty. Wardrobes little bit used but for me it is still considered as modern.

Location of this hotel is the best we could have, near metro number 2, all the interesting attractions were near. The breakfast cointained also the cooked food what we really appreciated.

The Western food dinner was very limited, the first night they did not have 2 or 3 items on the menu, they did make ammends and had it available the 2nd time we tried.

The hotel is due for a renovation. No redesign, just replace carpet and worn surfaces.

I rated 9 but actually should be 9.5 I've stayed there multiple times. The room has everything: in-room safe, window that open. And it's a pleasant walk to metro Line 2. Shower has good pressure and drainage. The breakfast is the best part. You get your bread, cheese, cucumbers and good coffee.

The room was a little worn, but not too bad. Due to Shanghai regulations they don't provide the free toiletry kit that you usually get in Chinese hotels.

This was a slightly upper end business hotel in Pudong, convenient to the "fake market" under the metro station. Good architecture/decor, and the room was quiet as I had requested. The staff were very helpful when I needed to buy luggage and then move items between suitcases after checking out. They also helped me get a ride to Pudong Airport. The room itself was very comfortable with a good bed and shower, and nice view. The location is good for having easy airport access but also still accessible to downtown including Puxi if you need to go there.

Facilities are old. Breakfast is average quality with limited choices on western style food.

Size of room bigger than most hotels in Shanghai, location is convenient, close to subway and main road but very quiet in the evening. Good value.

The hotel is located by the line 2 metro station about 5 mins walk- very convenient as most of the sights can be reached quickly. The buffet was good but for western taste could be added more fruits or vegetables. But there was a lot of choice for locals. The reception was helpful and the cleaning was always fast and good. If we come back again we will stay here again.

Very good hotel with great service. Room was big, equipped with everything what you need, big bathroom. What's was great, the kind Recepionist let me check in earlier. After travelling 20 hours it was jus blessing :)

Rooms need renovation

Rooms need to be renovated. Give old look, carpets look old too. But I like it because staff was very helpful. Mr. Simon specially went out of his way to support us. We needed Muslim food past hotel restaurant timings, they would order from his phone and get us delivered to out room. All the service staff was quick and helpful. So basically service 9.5 but hotel itself needs renovation (the rooms specifically).
