Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Malaysia(1) Hotel free wifi No good at all, very slow, you can forget using its wifi. 0 point out of 10 pints (2) Very quiet place, looks like residential area, convenient store need to walk a bit. however the MRT still can bring you around, but inside the MRT you still need to walk a bit. (3) The time when I was checking in, a group of hotel ex-staff was lying on the floor of the hotel lobby asking for their salary, it is a bit negative feeling when you walk into the hotel. (4) Although the bed is huge, but it is a bit hard for me.
(1) The 2 x double bed is huge. value for money. I think the bed can cater 3 people no problem. (2) MRT station just 2 mins walk from Zhuzilin station exit B2. (3) A nice small roast pork restaurant just out side the hotel, beside the MRT station.

MalaysiaWe requested to keep a very important parcel that was sent to a hotel before we checked in, but the department did not respond. Please contact the department directly. Concierge only next to the reception counter. I'm curious why it's so difficult to assist.
Ask for non-smoking room...but still can smell the smoke especially at the corridor. The room is quite clean, but it's time to do the renovation. Unpleasant odor in the room. Upon entering, a strong, stale odor hits me. If we add an additional 200~300++, we can stay at a 5 star hotel. We are staying here because it is convenient for public transportation only.

AustraliaChina is not geared for English speaking tourists. However, most people had a translator App on their phones and were very ready to help me/us when we needed it.
This hotel is directly in front of a subway entrance. The subway system has 11 tracks that are named in English as well as Chinese. By carrying a subway map i could always find my way back to the hotel.
