The irresistible drill noise at 8 am was dreadful

The food is diverse and delicious, and the spacious underground parking makes this an ideal spot for travelers arriving by car. The nearby music-themed cafés and the vibrant street scenery made a lasting impression too.

The surrounding area is touristic, so it can be quite active in the evenings, but this was never too much of an issue and any noise would usually be finished by 11pm.

I stayed here one month for work and it really came to feel like home. Everything about the stay was great. The location is very convenient, the staff were very kind and friendly, speaking some English and translating when needed. The room was very spacious and the view fantastic. The price was incredibly reasonable and I would absolutely stay here again. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Xi'an, even for longer visits.

This young hotel is AMAZING! We loved our stay here and I am already recommending it to my friends who will go to Xi'an soon: 1, location: perfect! it is just on thr street of Datang Ever Bright City, just going down stairs, we already found everything: food, snack, shopping mall, children indoor playground( yes my kids spent one afternoon in one and they had a great time), and a lot of super nice restaurants! The life in the evening in this street is alive and many beautiful ladies in the Tang Dynasty costumes, we loved it! 2, the room: for a family of 4, the flat was nice to have separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a living room with all things. We all slept well and could see the view of the street from the window. 3, the facility: it is a cool hotel, 24h self-service coffee machine, a game machine in the lobby( my kids loved it so much and went to play everyday), football table, and nice breakfast arrangement. The decorations was also cool, we liked it. 4, the staff: the reception team and facility staff were super nice, whenever we had any issue they were quick to act and help. Especially Wendy at the reception, who spoke very good English and helped me to order some food. Others were also very nice! 5, it is true the taxi can not go directly to the reception but, the reception will provide a location in the parking where cars can go inside to the -2 lift and it can take people directly up to the hotel. meanwhile, any car can park not far from the hotel and it is ok to walk just 2m to the other side of the street to take any taxi or car. it didn't bother us much for this part, which was a concern to me before but totally worked out very well. I will stay again here if I were in Xi'an again and I recommend it to all friends.

Had a little problem locating the entrance of the hotel initially. Was afraid our driver from the tour we booked can't find us, but the staff gave a Chinese address of the car-park to enter, so all is good

Stayed 2 nights in the 2 of a King room with my family when we visited Xi'an. The rooms were spacious with 1 big bed each. Bed was super comfortable. Toilet was bright & airy & the toiletries were of good quality. Had some problem with connecting to internet, the guy at the counter was very helpful & sent a technician to my room to help me when he couldn't resolve it. Hotel is right in the Everbright City but we can't hear any noise! Breakfast spread was good. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7am, but on our last day, we needed to leave the hotel about 7am, the staff kindly allowed us to have some toast at 6.40am.

Perfect location and great hotel. Everything is clean and new and lives up to the expectations we had after staying in Lyf hotels in other countries. We were able to stay in the one of a king room which had amazing views and a lot of space. The free washing machines are a bonus for long term travelers like us!

(1) Road doesn't stop directly at the hotel. Drivers need to be familiar with the basement car park that's shared by several blocks. To book a didi car, you need to walk about 100m to the road to find it. (2) Water goes from cold to very hot and doesn't stop in between, where you need it to be. (3) Breakfast spread is mainly Chinese fare and spicy, which is tough for the kids, who mainly ate bread and fruits. There is however a cook on site that you can request for wanton soup from. That's a plus!

Hotel is directly on Datang Everbright City (大唐不夜城) and located one block away from the main walking street populated with tourists from around 3PM till late. From Room 1203 which is a Two of a Kind (2 BR with kitchenette), we can still barely hear a little of the stage performances at night, but it's not a disturbance at all. I actually liked being able to see the bustle on the Grand Tang Mall walking area even at 11PM+ at night, the Chinese concept of 人气. The hotel has a modern design and is geared towards a co-working theme. The staff are youthful, friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel mainly because the Two of a Kind room was the only configuration we could find on the Datang stretch with a format for a larger family group (3A2C).

Location was generally quite good except that there's no way for cars to drive to the front door but we arranged pick up directly with the hotel and they could drop us at the lobby inside the basement carpark Washing machine and free refreshments were very useful and staff were very friendly and helpful

Aircon was a little cold and the control panel kept on lighting up at night due to motion sensor.

Location is just off the Grand Tang mall. Fantastic for food and a 喝吗 supermarket across the mall from the hotel. Staff were young and friendly. My wife had her period and the cleaning lady left a tea packet that was beneficial for that time of month. Rooms were well thought out and made use of the space close to the windows for a sit bench. Bathroom was well thought out with fall emergency button, motion activated trash cans, grooved shower floors and handholds in the shower.

Great location with all of the night activities near the Datang Everybright City. The decoration makes you feel younger. Free laundry was a big plus for us. Definitely will stay here again.

When travelling in a taxi, it is difficult them to tell the raod to the hotel. Better update the google maps correctly.

1. Receptionists do not speak English, so we had to communicate via a translator app. It was fine, but somewhat unexpected for an international franchise. 2. When paying in cash I was asked to leave a deposit (about 600 RMB), which also was not stated anywhere during the booking process.

The hotel is new and has a great design. It is also located on the Datang Everbright City pedestrian street, so the view from the rooms is incredible and there is tons of shopping malls and restaraunts right at your doorstep. The room was great - clean, modern, with a good quality bed and also surprisingly quiet. I also loved the window seating area.

The constant road noise....regular windows not soundproof at all....on a main road...constant noise from cars until about 2am even on Sunday night...

do not come after midnight, streets are not lit, signboards are not lit. couldnt find the hotel. if coming by taxi, will have to keep walking straight else will not find the hotel. breakfast was ok,

Great stay. It is a new Ascott hotel, 4 star feel. Everything is good, just that taxi not able to access to the door step. Need to book the pick up point at All Season Hotel which is 2 minute walk to it as it is inside Everbright compound. Usage of washing machine and dryer is free. Breakfast selection is decent. Bed is comfortable, shower is powerful and bath room is very clean. We book the room eith a small living room, it is perfect. Overall a happy stay.
