Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very clean. The staffs were excellent 🙌🏽, they cannot speak English but with AI everything when we’ll. I appreciated it to do an early checking at around 07h00 with no extra charges. Metro stations very close and a lot to see around the area. The food in the area was nice, lots of choices. Very busy area if you are looking for something peaceful.

New ZealandI don’t recommend it to people who can’t sleep with noise or have sleep problems. I could hear car horns from the busy street, especially at night. There were also loud TV sounds from other rooms, along with doors slamming and conversations in the hallway. On top of that, there were constant noises from upstairs, like chairs being dragged. The noise went on pretty much all night and only stopped early in the morning. I was so exhausted and unable to fall asleep that I had to call another hotel to see if they had any rooms available
The hotel looks newly renovated, and the facilities are quite modern as well. I really like the voice AI feature—it’s very convenient

United Kingdomthe facility is not good. Toilet was blocked! had to call staff in to unblock my toilet at night after use. When I checked in at night, the reception was full of cigaret smoke that came from the snooker play room that connected to the reception
