Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was perfect. Right next to a large mall. Lots of dining choices. Very close to the seaside promendade and park. The gym is the largest hotel gym I have ever seen (it is is also open to the non hotel guests), very well equipped.

Hong KongFrom the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel right at home. The breakfast spread was simply incredible - everything was cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. But what really made my stay at this hotel so memorable was the staff, especially Ivy. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From recommending local restaurants to providing me with extra towels and pillows, they always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

United KingdomOne of the key reasons we chose this hotel was the reviews on booking.com all talked about how special they were made to feel by the staff. For booking a $1000+ stay, I was unimpressed by the check-in experience, as I was simply (incorrectly) charged and handed my keycards, no questions were asked about the stay. I was asked to pay on both days of my stay and then again upon check-out because they did not realize my booking was for two nights. I'm still not sure why they asked me to pay again upon check-out, but it appears no charge was actually taken from my account at least. You would think when a suite was ordered, some level of recognition or effort would be made as to recognize and acknowledge how much the customer is spending and how long they are staying. We also made it clear through booking.com communication and email, that we were booking this suite for a wedding- no mention or recognition of this fact was made. When I reported the problem with the air-conditioning, I was told they would fix it, but was offered no apology and was instead asked to pay an additional 5000+RMB because they forgot to charge me for my full stay the day before. Again, no apology. As one of my guests put it, “There was a general air of not being welcome.” The air-conditioning in the main living area of the suite was not fully functional and could not get down to a comfortable level. When the issue was reported, it took over 6 hours for an engineer to get to the room. After they arrived, the engineers were professional and fixed the issue. From reading other reviews, it is clear that AC being subpar is not unusual, so again very disappointing that they would not fix or check these issues for a VERY expensive room.
The views are unbeatable, the quality and layout of the suite was generally very good. The housekeeping staff on our floor were extremely friendly and hard working. They provided all our requests for general housekeeping top-ups in the room.
