The room is spacious and clean. It has a very big washroom with a huge bathtub. However, we find the AC quite annoying because the wind blows directly onto our beds.

We upgraded to a bigger room which is nice and spacious but the AC is not cold at all and a big chunk of ceiling paint peeled off. The bed is also a bit hard and pillows not very comfortable.

There is no view in the surrounding. The Mall nearby has just a small supermarket and some small cafeterias. Many shops are closed down. The breakfast was poor, all serving very low cost food , not that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It seems it is a hotel for local Chinese , no foreign tourists.

We booked the room for three people. Unfortunately all the room amenities are for two only. It should be enrich the communication between booking and housekeeping. Of course I can make the request, if all settled before the customer’s request, it shows the caring is much better.

The mall is located in an area that's still developing, there are nothing nearby except for the mall. Taxi to the older part of Zhuhai is the way to go.

Nothing much happening in the neighborhood except for a smallish shopping mall and some empty office buildings.

Impeccable service with a sumptuous buffet breakfast service. Staff members were courteous and quick to respond to our requests. Free shuttle service to Hengqin and Gongbei ports. In addition, there is an indoor swimming pool for both adults and kids. The kids' club is a bit on the small side but the staff was welcoming.

Suggest the outdoor pool can open earlier than 10am as the indoor pool opens 7:30am. The shower was huge & I could use the rain shower & normal heads at the same time! However, the drainage was slow to release the water as it has small holes so watch in case the water doesn't drain fast enough, ottherwise it may spill out to the bathroom floor.

Very convenient to Hengqin Port, Chime Long, Hengqin Tennis center. Spacious rooms with separate toilet. Nice open views, the pools (indoor & outdoor) were terrific. There was a very friendly & excellent english speaking staff Janice Yang at the 5F Fitness & Spa reception. Do seek her out if having any language issues and do visit the 5f facilities. The Gym looked excellent and there was a yoga room for classes. There is a free shuttle bus to/from Hengqin Port, Chime Long & Gongbei port but I didn't know until after my first night stay so used taxis until the last day to get to Hengqin Port. Check with the hotel for the schedule. We ate at the Market Cafe which had buffett & A La Carte, we ordered asian & western food from the menu which was very tasty & authentic. The Chinese restaurant on 2F is also very good, they have an all you can eat Dim Sum for 158 RMB. The hotel eateries were better than the Mall options. The Mall only has a few shops/restaurants open. There is a bus to Hong Kong at 6:15pm from the Novotown Mall.
