Had to walk across the street to get to the beach Pool was overcrowded 😖 forget about your personal space over there, oh and it was shallow only about 1,2 meters

Very nice family hotel. Lots of attractions for children, animals. Huge thanks and 10 stars to Gina Li, the sales manager, who was helpful in everything and helped us a lot during our entire stay at the hotel. We spent 16 nights there, during which she helped us with transfers, necessities for the little one, just with everything. Once again, a big thank you to Gina Li, who turned our stay into an unforgettable one.

Would be good if the staff can clearly identify where the smoking area is. Some guests were smoking at areas that they shouldn't be.

My only regret was to come alone to your hotel as it is a place to share with family and couples.

I have appreciated the flexibility of the administration when I had to shorten my stay as my wife could not reach me. I have spent 4 excellent days...I regretted having to leaving earlier than expected.

More information on hotel services, quite challenging for non Chinese travelers to understand the options in terms of entertainment and additional events, that are in place. Swimming pool for adults was pretty cold. Even though it looks good, it didn't feel good.

Very nice hotel, kids friendly and good food for the price if you book with dinners. Great views and close to the beach front.

hotel is very well designed for family stay: - spacious: our kid could run around at the lobby, near cafe, the fish place without other people felt disturbed. - kids friendly: staff has daily many little events for kids (dancing, painting, handcrafting, animals, etc.) - kids theme: we haven't tried all out (as our kid was barely 2 years old) - inside and an big outside playground, pottery course, cinema, small animal zoo, an arcade game corner, cars - hotel has an own kids friendly big pool (water level like 30-40cm high) as well as an easy access to the beach (around 100m to walk) - food wise: 3 restaurants - one kids topic, one buffet with wide variations of good western/chinese selections and desert corner - one chinese restaurant with hainan specialities (we haven't tried) - but again very kids friendly as they allow them to run around - Room: we had one at front side facing the pool / beach, very nice to get up and our little also enjoyed it.

Front desk staff weren’t friendly. Not enough restaurants and other cuisines besides Chinese food. English speaking staff would be helpful.

Fantastic facilities and activities to keep children entertained, a paradise for kids! Kids club staff were excellent and enthusiastic entertaining multitaskers. Wish more staff could speak English though!

Not enough good and simple western food (please hire western chef). Especially not enough healthy and simple food for children. More english or russian information and acticities will be also welcome!

There were around 20 chaise-lounges for two hotels at the beach, so all of them were occupied from 8am, so if you want to sleep more you’ll have to lay on the sand..

One of the best hotels we ever been… attention to all the details. Very stylish & modern interior, clean & comfortable, there was a wide variety of dishes at the breakfast. The staff is also very competent and communicative.

Beach beds, they need to buy like 100 more beach beds. Also, me and family don’t support zoos, they keep mini zoo for kids.

Hualux Hotel is an excellent choice for a family getaway. The location is superb, with the sea just a 3-5 minute walk away. The breakfast is splendid, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and international options. We had the half-board plan, and the dinners were quite enjoyable as well. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options for kids, making it a perfect place for a family vacation (we were traveling with kids of 4 and 7 years old).

I booked a superior room (with a slide for baby). I paid the price as per my booking and walked into the room, which was a downgrade room and not the one I booked. After I went down to reception to understand what is happening and why I was given a worse room as compared to the one for which I paid (at the moment of giving the keys reception was silent). The staff claimed hotel is fully booked and my room is occupied and I should stay in a downgrade room (1 night out of 3) without any proper compensation for downgrade. This was a ridiculous situation and after spending 3 hours at the reception desk wasting quite a bunch of nerves surprisingly out of the blue my room was not occupied and I was given the keys to move in. It is not the level of a 5 stars hotel and why my experience was spoiled if the room was empty?

Warm swimming pool. broken glass near bathroom which was dangerous. although we were upgraded, we woudl have prefer a dsicount to our room.
