Nothing...faultless

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!

People have commented about old facilities. I think it’s fair to say they’re not the newest most modern design but it’s still fairly modern in the rooms, dining halls, gym. The swimming pool thermal spring/fish spa shows wear though

I loved everything about the property! Although the beers could be actually chilled. I ordered beers while in Haikou and I noticed that it is not really cold (as in chilled)… that was the only disappointment thing. If you are paying 35RMB for a beer, you expect it to be cold.

Only one thing, i wish evening there was a dinner time, but anyway they have room service so they deliver food you want to the door, very easy and quick, all food i ordered was really delicious 👍👍

Amazing and polite stuff, clean rooms! One of the best things super clean&nice swimming pool, which is most of the time pretty empty, so you can enjoy the whole pool yourself, also hot springs available. I will definitely come back here if i even come to Haikou again 10/10 👍👍👍

Spent one night here on our first day at Haikou. Check in was smooth and fast. The room was spacious and nice sea view. I liked the breakfast here with its variety. Staff were polite and tried to assist us with our enquiries. Hot spring pool was small and we dipped our feet in for the fish spa. Life guards were polite and helpful. There is a night market nearby with a cab's ride. Overall pleasant stay.

Good value for money, it’s a resort yet located near the city centre. Very well maintained, great customer service, very good breakfast with many choices. Definitely we can highly recommend the place. We came with two kids, they enjoyed the stay here!

The breakfast was pretty poor in terms of choice and quality.

We stayed in a suite room which was very spacious and comfortable with two balconies.

Location was a bit far from city.

Like to pay compliments to breakfast Restaurant Manager Jofee. She is pleasant, helpful and friendly. The check in desk was helpful too particularly a Miss Fang (I do not remember her first name). Our rooms were upgraded and the breakfast was totally awesome, wide range and delicious. We stayed at 2 other hotels in Hainan and Pullman's breakfast was the best. Chinese restaurant had good food too.

It is clean and staff are approachable. Even though it is a bit old style in terms of decoration which can be further renovated, overall good environment and comfortable to stay in.
