I was given a complimentary upgrade, but the room was tiny, a lot smaller than the room I had given a week ago (none upgrade).

Location is great, a 5 min walk from a mall. The rooms are clean and they even have a soft and firm pillow should you need the choice.

Carpet on corridor and room needs cleaning or replacement. Chris at reception took a deposit of ¥1226 but refunded yet.

The Hotel is generally nice and comfortable. Receptionist Kitty was very cooperative

There was a persistent cigarette smoke smell in the room.

The staff, such as Kenny Yang and Emily Luo, were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were thoughtful and provided extra bottles of water. The location was centrally located and close to the metro.

Improving English skills would be an additional advantage for the reception staff.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and, most importantly, a helpful staff always ready to assist. Special thanks to Chris, who was exceptionally supportive and communicated clearly in English. The hotel also arranged a private tour with a driver, which was very convenient, especially given some language barrier. The on-site restaurant was accommodating and eager to fulfil our special dietary requests. Overall, the hotel demonstrated outstandingbcustomervfocus.

We liked everything.

This place was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful (especially Lily on reception). They really made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet full of everything to suit every taste. Location great, walking distance from all the most important streets. The gym was well-equipped, and most of the time we had the swimming pool to ourselves. Very good value for money, in a lovely city!

Didn't like the view we had in level 5 though we had a free upgrade. It could be better

The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful to the extent of arranging transportation, helping to get a taxi due to poor connection and giving us a call to double confirm if we were really disposing off our left behind valuables. The location is very central and it's convenient to everywhere

Hotel staffs are very welcoming and kindly upgraded our room. The suite room is spacious and comfortable to stay in, we slept really well during the stay. The hotel location is right in the city center, there is a major shopping mall and many good restaurants within walking distance. It is very convenient to get to sight seeing places and the high speed train station. PS: they also have a good breakfast buffet selection.

Central location within a short walk from exit D of Dongfeng Sq metro station. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows [soft and firm] for each guest. Room was of a good size. Breakfast was good with a varied spread, with breakfast hours from 6.30 to 10.30 am.
