KazakhstanThe departure experience was disappointing. Despite confirming our late checkout the day before, we received several calls from reception asking us to leave earlier. One staff member even said, “Next time we won’t let you stay till 2 PM,” which came across as quite rude and unprofessional.
The location is excellent—right next to One Avenue Mall, which made everything very convenient. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people, and check-in was smooth. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a complimentary room upgrade. They also confirmed a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated.

Hong KongLike: convenient location which is very close to the metro station; staff are very polite though their English/ Cantonese are not good; cleanliness of the room which is stain free; comfortable environment especially the bed, the bath, and the air-conditioning; the well equipped fitness room; the breakfast which includes many choices of good food. Dislike: some hiccups during the check in procedure ( I found out that staff were not familiar with apply pay and actually the hotel equipment could not support/ handle digital payment. ); WiFi was not functioning well; at 9pm the hotel restaurant was closing and we had to eat outside.

Hong KongIt was very chaotic to wait for the table during breakfast peak hour, they didnt really have a queueing system, a bit unorganised. We came to hotel at 4.30pm and our room was still not ready, we had to wait for almost 30mins only to be given a room smelling like cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room. They finally helped us to change room which was cleaner and smell better. We requested for a baby cot that we didn’t get at the end.
Nicely located in city center, metro station is just right under. Good varieties of breakfast.
