Front desk staff were friendly but not familiar with their work: they had a very difficult time reading our passports; they did not understand the difference between debit and credit cards. The safe box in our room didn’t work well, need some maintenance.

Great location in a walking distance from a metro station, variety of malls and business centers. Breakfast with a lot of different options. Room was very clean and got refreshed daily.

The rooms were nice, but could use an update. In addition, at night the rooms were very warm and humid. It was almost as if they turned off or turned up the a/c at night between 2am and 5am which made it difficult to rest. Breakfast was very difficult to manuveur because were were told we either had to pay for breakfast for the entirely of our trip OR we could pay day by day using WeChat, but as tourists we were unable to sign up for WeChat because we didn't have Chinese phone numbers.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, close to the metro and many landmarks. The rooms were large and the lobby bar was amazing. The bartender was very attentive and we would definitely recommend the house red wine.

The staff are not all friendly and kind. Some are cool without smile at the front desk. Those at the concierge are nice and helpful. The cleaning staff on the 28/F is very nice service

Location is near the French concessions area, lots of historic city walk routes nearby, lots of places to eat, super near to subway Jin An Temple station and family mart, comfortable and spacious room with grand city view. The room furniture though a bit dated and bulky but could still feel the grand setting of the hotel.

For my short stay all was very good no complaints.

Its a good Hotel, location is great for me close to facilities and Metro. Bed, Bathroom, Shower facilities are all good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is great, Bar area is comfortable and convenient. Staying there again in one weeks time.

We could have used the Atrium Restaurant's dinner buffet table during weekdays, but it's opened only on the weekends. There was no minibar in the room.

We felt like coming home, as we got through the revolving door of the Hotel. Arriving after a long sightseeing tour of Shanghai's summer heat. We had a great sight from the 17th floor at the city. A great, octagonal shaped swimming pool on the 4th. The hotel has three restaurants, the metro station is literally around the corner. A small Lawson store in few meters, a bit ahead, by the Jing'an temple a bigger mall.

Clean facility, nice pool, spacious comfortable room and very close to Jing A Temple station line 2 Exit 12. Great view of city and close to nearby shopping and eating locations.

Using the elevator was a bit annoying. As they were not synchronized, people pushed every call button, so sometimes the lift stopped on every floor for no reason.

Excellent breakfast, wonderful view, comfy bed. Very relaxed atmosphere. Fantastic, spacious pool, suitable for kids and swimmers likewise.

Maybe a microwave in the room would be useful, although you can ask the hotel staff to heat up your food if needed.

Hotel is very close to the Jing'an Temple Metro station where metro lines 2 / 7 / 14 passes through. Metro line 2 takes you to Pudong Internal Airport at one end and Hongqiao Railway Station/Airport Terminal at the other end. Location is super convenience. Staff are friendly, and they handle online shipment and stored luggage well. Room is spacious.

The building next to hotel is being reconstructed. Somehow they work at nights, so even with closed windows you will hear it in the night, especially on lower floor. I am quite sensitive to the noise, had to sleep with earplugs. Air condition is working, but it is quite noisy as well.

Perfect location if you work around, just a few mins from Jing'an temple. Spacy room and good view. Breakfast variety is nice, but it is mostly on the local dishes. Gym, pool and sauna are quite good, there are barely any people on site.

The pool was quite small, so it wasn’t ideal for doing proper laps. I was also disappointed that there was no outdoor pool to enjoy during the hot summer months.

very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The view of Jing An Temple from the room was absolutely stunning. It was centrally located, which made exploring Shanghai incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a great choice for both comfort and location.

The only thing that I didn't like during my stay was the smell of cigarette smoke coming from neighbouring rooms, even though all rooms on my floor were supposed to be non-smoking.

The room interior is a bit dated in terms of decor.

Very centrally located, room was a comfortable size although was in the 'old hotel' style. The price was good compared to other hotels in Shanghai, however still a lot more expensive than other Chinese cities we stayed in.
