We also realized that it is a problem of insufficient service and attention. 1)The decoration of each room is different, but we cannot display all the room photos because booking.com only shows two or three photos for each room type. The trees by the lake belong to the government, and they are growing taller every year. We have no way to trim them. If you are not satisfied with your room , please let us know. If we have a another room available, we can change it for you or cancel your booking for free .Since you have not complained to us about any issues, we are not aware of these situations and cannot make any modifications. 2)We are 100% certain that we are in the city center, if you have checked the map. We are 900 meters away from the city center square, 900 meters away from Guilin city landmark Elephant Trunk Hil. 700 meters away from the Sun and Moon Pagoda . 3)As you said, we don’t have the fridge in the room. Before we had put the fridge in every room. But since our room has the stone ground, It is not very stable when we put the fridge in and create a lot of noise. Our guest can not sleep well. So finally we decide to move it out. We had put the big fridge in our lobby. Everyone can used it. thanks again for choosing to stay with us. We all look forward you to stay next time.
