You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Verified reviewThe hotel location is great. 2 mins walking distance to a subway station ( main line). Room is spacious and the bedlinen and towels are great standard. There are many shopping malls within walking distance. Food, supermarket, massage, shopping are all within walking distance. Only 2-3 subway stations away to the Muslim Quarter, Bell and Drum Towers. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Verified reviewIt was good to easily approach the famous places in the city. All of the staff members of the hotel was very kind and professional. Room in which I stayed was indeed comfortable and free from noise. All of the views outside the room were nice and fantastic. Cost-effectiveness of the hotel is indeed excellent so that I would like to recommend all of the potential foreign visitors to Xi'an city to stay in the hotel.
Hotel restaurant was excellent in many respects. It was just a shame that some soups were a bit salty.

Well, dont be fooled by the “Castle” in the name of the hotel. The room with city view which was assigned to us wasn’t sound proofed and we could here everything outside, also the bathroom was not in good shape, the room we were staying had a powerful smell in the room. (i couldn’t decide if it is mold or urine or the very old carpet that trapped all kind of stuff in it) It had a very old feel, although the lobby was very grand.
