Recensione verificataLa posizione e' ottima in quanto centrale e la struttura accogliente con il personale che cerca di aiutarti se hai dei problemi o solo delle domande da fare. La piscina e' anche ottima e questo e' un bel plus durante la vacanza. Colazione molto buona sullo stesso piano delle camere, quindi molto comodo arrivarci.

Recensione verificataStruttura elegante all’interno di un resort di un gruppo di hotel. Bella la spa con i massaggi. Lo staff è accogliente, parla inglese perfettamente e sono tutti disponibili nel caso di assistenza. Nel mio caso il manager Mr. Warren Wang ci ha coccolati con garbo e professionalità addirittura accompagnandoci in farmacia per acquistare un farmaco speciale. Colazione a buffet varia ed espressa. Abbiamo provato sia il ristorante giapponese che quello tradizionale cinese, entrambi all’interno del resort e molto buoni.
Non amo la moquette in camera ma non è una nota negativa.

Recensione verificataLa posizione dell'hotel è ottima e molto sicura: si accede alla struttura attraversando un'area sempre sorvegliata e nella quale sono presenti altri grand hotel. La hall dell'hotel è molto elegante e ad accoglierci c'era sempre qualcuno alla porta, anche in tarda sera. La camera molto spaziosa, con due bagni, uno dei quali con la vasca idromassaggio, e un salottino indipendente. In generale una buonissima esperienza di soggiorno.
Purtroppo non era presente un cocktail bar all'interno della struttura, il che l'ha resa ai nostri occhi un po' isolata. Le camere hanno un po' un aspetto retrò, ma questa non per forza è una nota negativa. Potenzierei l'illuminazione delle camere e suggerirei inoltre di integrare lo scopino nel bagno.
