Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceArrival to the hotel location is quite weird (parking for trucks, buses and cars). Fortunately I was not alone otherwise I would have questioned myself where we were going … A bit far (10 minutes car) from the main attractions of the city.
Rooms clean, quiet and within the hotel’s perimeter it is ok Staff helpful even if it sometimes difficult to make us understand

Hong KongThe location is smack in the middle of a park, which makes it a little hard for taxi and food delivery to find/access, but it's really not that big a deal. The park itself is very beautiful and worth a stroll.
One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at and the staff were great!! The front desk was super friendly and helpful even with our limited Mandarin skills, they even helped us get rid of a large bug in our room late at night, haha. The ladies working at the hotel restaurant were also really nice and accommodating. The atmosphere here was very relaxing! If I ever take another trip to Guilin, I'd love to stay here again!

ItalyI don't think there's anything I didn't like, the staff is friendly and super helpful. the facility is very nice and clean. for breakfast you have many choices between sweet and savory.
the structure is surrounded by nature, in addition to the internal garden of the structure which is beautiful, as soon as you leave you find yourself in the middle of gardens and parks where local people go for walks and physical activities

AustraliaFood at breakfast terrible. Bread stale. Eggs fried lukewarm, overcooked. Basically no cereal or real milk. Most staff had no English. Stayed 5 nights but no sheet or doona cover changed. Heater didn't work. No tea bags or coffee or milk in room or anywhere in hotel, let alone English tea bags.Just strangely a small bottle of coke? Room not what we booked. Garden view was over workers quarters. 3 floors but no lift. If they want to attract overseas visitors they have to lift their game.
Great surroundings. Lovely gardens with fishponds amongst parkland. Room was decent size but not what we booked and paid for.
