The pillows were a negative for me. Even though I asked for a firmer pillow, it was too low and didn’t have a good nights sleep Otherwise, everything else was superb.

Nothing major to complain about, really. If I need to nitpick, AC was a bit on the noisier side, but bearable.

Fraser organized airport pickup for us, it was very convenient, fast and comfortable Suite was clean and matched description booked Checkin process was seamless, staff was all round very helpful and friendly Washing machine and dryer was a big plus for us Pool was a great feature Located very conveniently close to a metro station Lot of restaurants nearby Wifi was good

Staff were helpful, from door man, level 1, cobcierge at level 7 as well as housekeeping. To mention: I had tummyache and callednup conceirge. One of the staff Ben kindly brought up medication for me. THANK YOU.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser suites, we stayed in Two Bedroom Suite for 5 nights. The room decor is impeccable, it's exactly what it looks like in the picture. The location is great as the hotel is connected to the subway and mall, which makes it super convenient. There are lots of local eateries just opposite the hotel, especially Hot Pot and it's delicious and very reasonable. Breakfast is a good variety of western and Chinese dishes. At the reception there is a coffee vending machine with take away cups and a very refreshing fruit flavored drink. The Retreat Room has two massage chairs which is a must try as it's so relaxing after a long tiring day. The staff is also very helpful and courteous. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely fry Fraser Suites in other countries as well. Thanks

Unfortunately a small cockroach was found in the bathroom which upset me a little. This shouldn't happen in any hotel. In the same time, you should provide a Nepresso coffee machine in every room and not only in a bigger room. Should make it into standardize as we also pay almost the same price and the only difference is the amount of people stay inside.

The location is perfect. Attached to a mall which you can start shopping the moment you arrived. Famous shopping mall is super nearby with walking distance. Room wise is clean and spacious.

the iron left stains on my wife's dress ... we asked the housekeeping to dry clean... they said that they understood we wanted it dry cleaned but they went ahead and washed it ...!! ruined it ...! they pretend to understand you but do exactly as they wish ...

Located near the main road so you can hear the constant honking of vehicles.

There’s no “drop off point” per se. if it’s raining, the Car can’t drop you off at a dry area, there is at least 3-4m of running in the rain.

You need a swimming cap for the pool. This wasn’t advertised anywhere before arrival so we were prepared for the kids.

Loved this apartment/hotel. We had a gorgeous 2 bedroom/bathroom unit for 4 nights. Breakfast was included. A good mix of Asian and western food. Staff and house keeping were amazing. All very polite and professional. Full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Property was above a shopping centre. 2 more centres across the road.
