Our stay at the hotel was very wholesome. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were always very clean and there was free water and even free snacks at all times. We even got some fruits delivered to our room once we arrived. I can only recommend staying here!

The room is a bit on the smaller side, two people with big luggages could be hard to fit. But for one person with a large luggage it was perfect.

Everything was clean and tidy, they had plenty of amenities, free water. Their free laundry service was really useful! The staff was also very kind.

The hotel located in a strategic place to visit and more importantly to understand fully the spirit of Beijing. You could not have a better way to discover first time Beijing. Strongly recommended with his plus and improvements points. The place is clean good room and the team at the hotel despite the language barriers will try everything to help you. There is no way I can dislike this hotel.

1. Location: right near corner of 2 famous snack, eating district nanluoguxiang and gulou. You can satisfy your hunger anytime. For those who use 2. Service: this is where I feel exceptionally good, beyond everything I know, from even before check in until check out. You won't be worried about snack or drink which is available in the lobby all the time. Shout-out to Lynn, she is my favorite for the whole stay, who brought the best hotel accommodations I ever had. More than just the hotel services, her friendliness made me feel like home. She stayed overtime just to help me with ordering extra luggage and souvenirs which I cant buy normally on meituan in the last minute. This place for sure will be my first choice for the next Beijing visit.

The staff were super friendly. They provided watermelons when we came back from a hot day. The free laundry service is such a great service, and they get it done with 24 hrs, often same day if giving them in the morning. The room is very clean with room service everyday.

The only slight inconvenience is that only two people speak English. Nevertheless, it's better than other hotels where nobody speaks English.

The hotel is situated in a commercial area with lots of shops and restaurants around. It's a really clean hotel with very comfortable beds and a wide range of facilities. The staff is really kind and helpful.

Room space is a little bit too tight, if you travel with many bulky luggages, you will find it hard to place them.

Location is perfect. A shopping street is literally just right outside the door. Also very close to main road where you can easily find food. Staffs are friendly and super helpful, thats what made our stay even more enjoyable

The staff was outstanding. I've stayed at 4-5 star hotels who can't compare. They made my stay feel special even though I only stayed for 1 night. The taxi took me to the wrong street and my map told me I was even further off. Called the hotel and a staff came to my location and walked with me back to the hotel. Once there they gave me an upgrade and brought up fruit and cake. The room itself was so spaciosu, clean and modern. I had forgotten to bring an adapter but they had outlets for most versions and usb-outputs. The bathroom was big and clean and the water pressure was satisfying. Outside the hotel you're greeted with a touristy street but it's fun to stroll around and just soak in the ambiance.

Nothing much — I just found a few small bugs in the room. Since my room was facing the outside, I think the room itself was clean, but it was probably hard to prevent them.

The location is excellent — it’s right in the middle of Nanluoguxiang. I was happy to see the street every time I went in and out. The staff are incredibly kind — special thanks to Jane, who made me feel very welcome.

This was the best hotel during our stay in China. The staff was really nice. Even if not everyone spoke English, we could understand each other thanks to a translator. They also did our laundry for free in just a few hours. Moreover, the hotel is located in one of the most beautiful hutongs in Being.

If there’s any downside, the room is on the small side, but it’s very typical for a hotel in the middle of the city.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the street that’s full of the shops, including some well-known restaurants. Staff was very nice and very accommodating. It offers free laundry services. And the room was clean very comfortable.

Our family had the most fantastic stay at Tangfu. All staff are extremely helpful. Location is very convenient and short didi ride away from most attractions. They even provide free laundry . We just had to hand over our basket of dirty laundry over to the counter in the morning and at night, returned to the room to find freshly cleaned and folded clothes. Top notch service!

The front desk accommodated our request for a room upgrade due to an unpleasant smell in our original room, but it came with an additional CAD $122.00 fee!!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. The hotel is in a prime location. Special thanks to the young man (Sorry, I forgot your name!) and a girl at morning shift, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We absolutely loved it!

Everything was great!

Convenient location, very short walk to the subway station (line 8). Comfy bed, good toiletries, very clean. The room had a perfect size. Kettle + tea, bottled water, and hair dryer are provided. The staff are incredibly helpful - they helped me with the reservation for Forbidden city and recommended things to do since I was visiting during bank holidays. Also, I needed an iron and they helped me out even though I was doing check out.
