It was good in general except the room was a little warm because the air-con was turned off during winter and we were getting only warm air. However, we managed to open the window and have housekeeping send us an air-cooler.

Location is not ideal as it is a little out of the way. However, it is a nice property, and the service staff was great. Room and bed were comfy.

Temperature in the room was oscillating between 28 and 31 deg C Air conditioner was only blowing hot air I was told by the desk manager that with the winter that had arrived (mid november) the heater of the whole hotel was switched on and it seems that it was not possible to blow cold air with the air conditioning system.(outside temperature the day of my stay was between 10-15 deg C) Manager was kind enough to show me several rooms which were all having the same issues. Some rooms were badly smelling due to previous clients whom smoked in the rooms… At the end i stayed in my original room and some staff opened the window (special key required for safety purpose) poor level of english making communication with foreigners complicated

Even though the beds were presented as large queen size beds suitable for 2 grown-ups, it was actually only 1m40 wide (in every of our 4 rooms). I explicitly send a message to ask if 2 large people could fit into one bed, and this was confirmed. Until we arrived there... You would expect more from a hotel like this (with this name and with this price per night). Apart from this the location was not really good. You had to walk about 20 to 30 mins to reach the nearest subway station. That's why we had to use a taxi seceral times. There was nothing going on in the surroundings of this hotel. Also, the rooms were a bit small and did not have enough of space for luggage. The prices of food and drinks were too high.

Very friendly staff and really helpful (about the surroundings, about helping us to take a taxi, etc). The bathroom was spacious and modern with a good walk-in shower. Breakfast was absolutely magnificent (which was included in the price)! What a tasty selection, we all loved it and couldn't get enough of it.

It’s far from metro station and any restaurants, you’ll have to take a taxi to get anywhere. I was in a non- smoking room, but evidently someone was smoking in the shower before my stay, it smells of smoke and has a cigarette burn on the shower wall.

Not very close ancient city n street food markets ( Lijingmen). About Y25-30 taxi will do the job.

The hotel has very modern finished with a very relax ambience . Rooms are big n clean. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was awesome, great variety of local food and western, bean coffee etc One of the top hotel in Luoyang. Really enjoyed my stay at Luoyang.

Location is about 30mins drive away from Longmen Railway Station. Breakfast is repetitive for the week i stayed there.
