The hotel deserves the highest praise! We spent a few days here with family and were thrilled. The rooms are spacious, the staff incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, and the atmosphere very friendly. A perfect place for relaxation and quality time. Close to everything. Highly recommend!!

Super kind stuff, speaking a good english. Very clean and quiet. Nice to have a dedicated space at the ground floor with chairs and tables where you can spend some time relaxing or playing card with your family or friends. Highly recommended

On the departure day the city center was closed due to a police parade and we asked at the reception if we can go by didi or metro to the airport and they said no problem, but did not tell us that we need to walk 25 minutes with our luggage to a pick up point, because didi cars were not allowed in the city center. We left 4 hours and a half prior to our flight and it took us 2 hours and a half( normally is 45 min by didi) to reach PEK airport due to traffic jams. They could have said something like leave earlier or at least that the didi can’t come in front of the hotel. It caused us a lot of stress.

It is very close to the railway station and 2 metro stations from the city center. They have a nice patio where people can stay or eat something.

The location of the hotel is on a very narrow street and some taxis didn't find the way to get in front of the hotel. The rooms were not so spacious, it was not so easy to open all of our luggage.

The rooms are very clean and they were cleaned every day. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. I am very greatfull to them. There are enough options to eat in the nearby. There are a few supermarkets in the nearby.

Everything was perfect. If I had to mention something to improve, the room was a bit small and there wasn’t much space to place our suitcases. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the common areas were clean and well-maintained. The shared bathrooms were convenient, and having free laundry facilities was a great bonus. Our room was simple but comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Beijing’s central train station.

Nothing apart from a little flooding in the shower after two people used it. They woke clean the space every day though so it wasn’t too bad

Relaxing space and a great location. Was really nice to come back and hang out in the court yard each night in the balmy weather, and my daughter enjoyed the free snacks.

There aren’t many washing machines, so it can get crowded when everyone wants to do laundry…however, the washing machines are extremely clean and also there are people there who help to take out finished clothes to ensure efficient usage.

Very very good service. They try to help you with everything and they are extremely friendly. True professional service. Breakfast is amazing.

This is my second time in this hotel. I love everything: staff courtesy, location, rooms (please be aware that the hotel is located in a Hutong near the Beijing East Station and certain rooms may be facing the railway but during the night it is not distressing). The courtyard , the atmosphere are really really nice Also, I appreciated,tremendously, the connected restaurant which provides fabulous breakfast and overall a menu with great and quality food for lunch and dinner. Reasonable prices. This hotel remains my choice everytime I travel to Baijing .
