Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PhilippinesThe internet connection with international number ain't so strong but still working. Anyway in China is always better to be organized with chinese SIM or eSIM.
The staff is very kind and always ready to help in everything you need. The room is big, bathroom, kitchen and living area are comfortable and cosy, The location is next to Sea World and not so far from Happy Harbour. You have at your disposal gym, pool, playground for children, coffee bar and restaurant. A very great location.

VietnamWe discovered later in the week that the initial night check in staff overlooked briefing us on the required necessary "deposit" for amenities and incidentals. It was promptly paid much later in the week.
We arrived quite late from the Bao-An Airport by local Taxi at midnight. So the check in Staff had all our keys readily available. We were extremely tired so he did a shortened check in. Our preferred room was occupied. So in this case another smaller room was arranged for sleeping off the Jetlag. After a short deep sleep we moved to our preferred larger room on the property. Our room faced south and was nestled in surrounding trees on which gave us good privacy.The Breakfast was very reasonable and delivered a wide range of Asian and International cuisine to start your day right.

Hong KongThe sofa in living room is too small just for 2 people. Usually there is a sleepsofa for at least 3 people. Also, outside some places have no ramps and even bell boy needs to lift up the trolley with luggage to our room which is hard and odd.
Most complete amenity and facility inside Serviced Apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.!

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment from a 2 bedroom booking to accommodate our family of 4. The apartment was huge. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and a must if you stay here. The staff spoke english well and the reception is open 24/7. The location was a 5 minute walk to Seaworld area where there is a night market and plenty of food and shops. Its extremely safe and such a lovely area to walk around.

My stay at CM Serviced Apartment Shenzhen Hillside was fantastic! The rooms on the hotel side (not service apts) were clean, roomy, and incredibly comfy. The breakfast served was tasty, greatly enhancing the overall experience. Missed english breakfast tea with milk though but that is common across hotels in much of the country. The lunch menu at the restautant grapes was limited. Mr. Wilson, a concierge staff member, deserves special recognition. He went above and above the call of duty by guiding the cabbie on the proper route and ensuring the driver wouldn’t overcharge me. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay delightful and stress-free. This is the place to go if you're looking for a customer-focused, cozy, and convenient lodging option in Shenzhen, Shekou area The official address is a larger plot and skips the actual entrance. You can see it in bright lights on the left as you pass to the map location in the cab. it was difficult to explain to the cab driver that we had passed the entrance as he insisted on following the map. Its best the hotel adds more accurate direction when they send the directions by email in mandarin
