    “We could not believe how detailed and interesting the design of the interior was! So well thought through, very authentic, plants integrated into the walls, each room is different: we never saw anything like that before! I wish I could design my house with so much love, care and eye to detail! Terrace at the top, nice view, we could not wish for more! Our hosts were very nice and went above and beyond for us! We definitely recommend this property, you will have in unforgettable stay here in Sanya!”

    “Spotless clean, spacious rooms, an amazing breakfast selection, a beautiful garden area, and a calm private beach right in front of the hotel. The swimming pool is large and there’s always enough space for everyone. The staff are true professionals: they speak English, use translators when needed, everything is clear, polite, and with a smile. I was even given complimentary breakfasts and a discount voucher for the SPA — such a lovely touch! Hyatt Regency means stability, safety, and comfort. The atmosphere is so friendly and truly “foreigner-friendly” that I felt completely at home. 💙 I didn’t want to leave. This place is magical, and I will definitely come back!”

He ensured our request were met as we celebrated our Anniversary and My Birthday at the hotel by decorating our room and Sending Yummy Cakes & made me Feel so special Kinds Enjoyed at the hotel as it offered 3 Huge Pools , the Infinite Pool experience was Just Amazing !!! Breakfast was Exceptional and Service Level was always 1 notch up compared to any other hotel in China. Overall we had An Amazing Family Time … we would highly recomend to Stay at 1 HOTEL.”
