The stay was very excelent. But maybe you can take some attention to: > Acoustic insulation in dependencies; > Road access to the property is not so easy and a little dangerous; But remember. It was a SUPERB stay!!

No hot water in the shower.

Lovely big room, clean, large and very comfortable bed. Only downside was that the hot water never got above luke warm. Breakfast was nice - fresh fruit, cheese, ham, fruit juice, tea, coffee, honey, yoghurt, jam, toast, granola. Staff nice and friendly.

Everything was great! The apartment was big, warm and clean with a huge bed. The view is amazing and you can even book a hot tub from where you also have a view of the lake. Everyone is very friendly!

We were three people, but only had hand towels for two in the room. When I asked for a third, I was told that two hand towels is the policy, even though we had four bath towels. Later we were provided with a third hand towel.

Plenty of breakfast delivered to the room. Nice view, nice hot tub. Plenty of parking.

The drive way up from the main road can be tricky, as it is narrow and steep, but not a proper after doing it a couple of times.

The location was beautiful! We had an amazing view of Lago Villarrica from our apartment! Breakfast was brought to us every day and it was very generous! The staff was extremely friendly and responsive - everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay - great value, too! The whole property is well kept inside and out. Very clean and comfortable !

This property is beautiful and the view of the lake is gorgeous. My room was super comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was plentiful. I loved the cats that would go for walks with me.

We stayed in a apartment that was perfect for traveling with children. It was very well equipped and very clean and new. The kids loved the kittens and birds!

Perfect place to stay. Near Pucon but in a quiet area with a great view of the lake. The breakfast served in the room was complete. I'd definetely recommend this place to stay

So here's something I would've found helpful to know: There are 3 pools - a large pool at the bottom of the hill (shown in most of the pictures, with sunbeds all around), which is significantly smaller than pictures look (assume wide angle lens photos). It's not heated but it wasn't cold (this is in January), although it was totally overrun by kids, around 20-30 children playing in there at any time! (Obviously we could have been unlucky, but there was no way an adult could have swum lengths in it - you couldn't reach your arms out either side of you without hitting a child. We stayed Wednesday - Friday, not over a weekend). Not rating the hotel down for this, but definitely something to bear in mind if you want to relax by the pool and hoardes of kids would ruin your stay! (Or, on the other hand, if family-friendly with lots of kids to play with is a plus for your family!) Then there are 2 smaller pools that are based on totally the other side of the property (at the top of the hill). This includes an oval-shaped one that is warm, kind of functioning like a large hot-tub. You have to reserve this, but we had no trouble doing so. There's then a small rectangular one (about 5m long) also pretty warm. Again, no issues with this set up, just think the descriptions about this could be clearer as it was initially a confusing set up! The room is nicer and bigger than it appears in pictures!! Comfy bed. Breakfast is only served between 9-10.30 - again just something to bear in mind if you're hoping to get up earlier for hiking like us.

We stayed 4 nights in January - as one of around 15 hotels around Latin America in similar price bracket. The hotel has super lakeshore views from the terrace. Comfy and spacious. Helpful staff. Good facilities. The apartments are self-catering. Located approx five miles from Pucon. Very easy if you are travelling by car.
