Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceNot possible to pay by debit card (only credit card or cash) but it seems to be common in Copiapo. As I have made 2 different bookings for 2 consecutive days (booking made at different timings), I needed go make the checking and checkout each day. Not their fault but it would have been great to keep the same room
Very confortable room. Hot water. Parking. Nice breakfast. Close to a nice Italian restaurant to have dinner.

SwitzerlandMost hotels provide everything to prepare coffee or tea in the room, this one doesn't. When we asked the staff for a spoon they refused... This I find incredible and unacceptable for a hotel. What would possibly move them to refuse such a small gesture to help make your stay more comfortable?

AustriaFinding a place to eat closeby on a Sunday evening was a bit tricky but after being a bit persistent, we could eat at their canteen among miners or construction workers ;)
After weeks of budget places, this was the most luxurius place we've stayed in on our trip and it was absolutely worth spending a bit more for it. Very comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness and the best shower on our whole trip :)

NetherlandsDon't go here! We ended up sleeping in the car because our apartment was located next to the road and blaffing dogs. I went to the office at 2 am and there was nothing they could do (they should have offered another room). Also, you have to drive into town for a dinner. This is a motel for construction workers, not for tourists. You will feel like your are in a custruction workers canteen.
