Large space, comfortable bed and welcoming host. Simply furnished and good value.

The apartment is small, and it is difficult to fit suitcases. The heating works unpredictably, and the hot water is not enough for everyone when you return from a trip. There is no hot water in the kitchen—you need to wash with cold water or in the bathroom.

My partner and I recently stayed for 6 nights here and felt comfortable throughout our stay. It is a small apartment that is well equipped with a nice garden area in a pleasant residential area close to the centre of Punta Arenas and all amenities. The host Alejandro was friendly and helpful.

It would have been nicer if there were a sitting area. That would mean removing some of the beds (5). It was a small apartment that was fine for 2 people but would have been very cramped if 5 people were there.

Even if we arrived late in the night , they were waiting for us. The house is comfortable and in a good position.

Very nice hosts. Room is quiet and clean and has 2 separate bedrooms along with a full kitchen. They informally reserve a parking space on the street with an orange cone. Good value for spending a quick night in Punta Arenas on the way someplace else.

Rooms are a bit dark and the kitchen area is very small, but we didn't spend much time there so not a problem.

The apartment was great - very comfortable, clean, good location, next to coffee shops/restaurant (there is a nice sushi restaurant just next to it) and grocery stores. It had some nice touches - new kitchen appliances, candies in the bathroom, good toilet paper (not the sandpaper you get in some other places). But the best of all was Alejandro, the host. He was really amazing. The local ATM swallows our debit card. When we asked for help in translation, he didn’t stop there. He went with us to the gas station, found out when and who collected it, went to the bank and got it back for us. We couldn’t have done it without him (and with our poor control of Spanish…).
