Shower water needed to be run for 10-15mins to warm up. Felt bad that we were wasting a precious resource.

I found out the hard way that there might not be hot water in the evening for a shower. But there was hot water in the morning, so that was OK.

The location was superb! In walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The host was very helpful, one of the best! He gave us a map with locations of suggested sights, as well as places to eat. Plus he was available to reach out and ask questions, even when we were out of the apartment. We had use of the kitchen, with a shelf in the refrigerator and a cabinet designated for us, Finally, the terrace was amazing! One of my best memories of Santiago is sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine, enjoying the view.

The room was very comfortable and the flat is very well located in Santiago with a beautiful terraza overlooking Cerro Santa Lucia. It is great value for money, and there are kitchen facilities which you can use if you need it. Victor is a great host, he is very friendly and gave me good recommendations of what to visit in Santiago but also Valparaiso. He also helped me organise a transfer to the airport which was much appreciated. A very enjoyable stay - gracias Victor!

The Deluxe King Suite was not a room that could accommodate 4 adults. The bathroom was very tight and it took time for the hot water to arrive.

The rooftop terrace was fantastic with a beautiful view. The location was great. Victor, our host, was very helpful. He went out of his way to find us another room to ensure we were comfortable.

Located in an excellent area, this property is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and a metro station. Santa Lucía Hill and other interesting attractions are within walking distance. The enormous balcony offers great views, is beautifully decorated with lush green plants, and is equipped with comfortable patio furniture.

Everything was just perfect for us. Victor is a wonderful host. we could check in early in the morning. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The terrace is great bonus. The location is perfect, only a few meters from the metro.

I booked a room with a private bathroom and it was very comfortable and clean. Victor was an amazing host. My flight was a late arrival and there were challenges with a taxi I had pre-booked. Victor got up at 12:45 a.m. to show me the room and services. He does offer a taxi service to and from the airport. I should have taken Victor's option and cancelled the pre-booked one I had through a private company. The price is cheaper from Victor and the driver does the airport route often. So if you need a ride from the airport ask Victor about his service. The terrace was beautiful to relax and have a cup of tea in the morning. Also enjoyed it later in the day. You can walk, about 6 blocks to downtown as well. Very convenient and safe location. Thank you Victor for your great hospitality, conversation and wonderful room.

It is not easy to know you are there even when you are standing right in front of it. I would make sure to get ahold of Victor and make sure he is there when you are showing up.

Victor is a great host. He is extremely helpful and gracious. The view and the host are highlights. I also would recommend taking an Uber to get here and renting a car from the nearby econorent instead of getting one at the airport. It is about half the price.

The room's soundproofing is a bit lacking, but since there’s no movement at night, it doesn’t really affect sleep.

We love the rooftop Jacuzzi and sauna! We reserved 15:00- 15:30 time slot in advance, it was wonderful after a long flight and city walk. The breakfast was also wonderful, and staff really helpful.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The terrace has a great view at the St Lucia hill and plenty of seating to enjoy it while eating breakfast. Victor - our host was very welcoming and a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely return there the next time I'm in Santiago!

Nothing it is a great property

It is very close to all local attractions. You can walk to all the popular landmarks. Host is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very considerate. We left our luggage after checking out as our flight was late evening. We could hang out in the common area. Host gave us several tips/advice regarding the area and places to visit. This property and the host is a gem!!

The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The balcony offers an exceptional view of Santiago. Victor was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the city, he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This was my most favorite accommodation from while trip to Chile & Argentina. Like seriously. The owner of the apartment is the most lovely person I met during my travel, very welcoming, friendly, helpful and nice in general. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, shared kitchen fine for my basic needs during traveling. Shared terrace absolutely amazing thanks to its view & size. Also, I was able to get my clothes washed here, which I truly appreciated after all my travels across Patagonia :) Location of the apartment is just great - walk-able distance to most city attractions, museums, public transport easily accessible too. It felt like being home.
