Very well equipped kitchen. Very clean room.

Shower curtain does not really close properly so that a shower floods the bathroom a little. Nobody was around when we tried to check in.

Owner was communicative and helpful ahead of our arrival. Beds were comfortable.

Room lacked basic amenities like a bin. Booked a double and was given a twin room. Staff didn't seem to be present at all on the property. Shared facilities weren't being checked regularly- no toilet paper left and it wasn't replenished for a long time.

Very clean and comfortable room with a prívate bathroom. Lovely terrace with a direct view to the Vulcano. Located od a walking distance to the Center.

Walk into the town centre is quite far.

Good hostel with a well equiped kitchen. Room was clean and location was good. Well worth the money as price was low for Pucón standards.

It was quite cold in our room during our stay as the woodfire heating source was too far from our room.

The shower is built in a way that water was coming out (the curtain)and the points of interest in the town are a little far by foot (about a 20 minute walk)

Carolina, the host, was really nice and always available for questions and infos. The location was no too central but still good enough to reach by foot. Kitchen was really well equipped the external area was nice and cozy with a great view on the volcano.

Everything was good apart from one tiny issue, which was that they didn’t take card.

Warm welcome from Carolina. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked. The kitchen was very clean. The view of the volcano from the first floor common areas was lovely.

The hostel is a bit outside of town and I walked right past it at first. More signs would be a great help! Carolina comes as needed and quickly but not having a reception to turn too was a problem for me at times. My room was very dark because it was on the north side and overshaded by trees. Also it is minimally furnished with no chair and no hangers so most of my things had to stay in my suitcase.

The hospitality from the owner of the hostel and cleanliness of the rooms and shared facilities. The owner Carolina was very helpful and was often present during the day. She gave a lot of good travel information what do do, see and where to eat in Pucon. This was one of the cleanest hostels I have been to and you feel welcomed during the stay.

The noice from the area especially there are many dogs in the are barking all the time, also during night.

Quite a long walk from the centre (15-20 minutes), however there are buses. Need earplugs and eye mask (dogs barking throughout the night and very thin curtains).

Big and comfortable bed. Good and clean kitchen. very cosy with the fire. Lovely quite stay. excellent wifi and free parking.

A brilliant hostel only a short walk from Pucon centre - maybe 15 mins. A couple of parking spaces for guests. Carolina was so friendly and helpful - to the point that she drove us around town trying to find someone to get us up to the ski resort the next day! We don't speak Spanish so Google translate came in handy but she was very patient with us! Lovely hostel with communal kitchen and cosy lounge downstairs.

The only thing was we found the room a little chilly - we did have a little heater but something a bit more substantial might be good. Otherwise, absolutely brilliant!

The owner is very kind and nice. She suggested us places to visit and typical restaurants. The hostel was perfect!
