Building and grounds beautiful, room and beds comfortable, secure car parking. Nice pool. Well situated . Absolutely fabulous restaurant right next door.

A very tranquil spot for a few days. Lovely guests aswell and everyone is friendly. Perfect for relaxing by the pool. You can buy what you need close by in town but there's also a great restaurant on site that is very good value. Breakfast included and it was an amazing place to stay.

The wait staff for breakfast were rude and seemed as if they didn't want you there so they wouldn't have to work. Spent too much time on their phones and drinking coffee instead of checking on guests and clearing tables

Front desk staff, the cleaning team and management were exceptional. Everyone chipped in to make certain guests have whatever they need.

There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the room, and the internet signal is quite weak. It didn't bother me as I was looking to disconnect, but it might be important for someone else to know it

The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. However, there are no microwaves or refrigerators. It's worth noting that you can hear noise from adjacent rooms and especially from the hallway. The Wi-Fi signal is weak in the area. The place has a restaurant, but it closes at 7:00 PM, so it's important to plan accordingly if you want to eat on-site. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I had the chance to speak with almost everyone. The breakfast is generous—I couldn't even finish it (tea or coffee, with bread, scrambled eggs, some fruit, yogurt with cereal, and juice; see my photos for details). I regretted staying on a Thursday since they offer activities like trekking and zip-lining that you can only book on weekends (unless it's high season), and the price seemed reasonable. Would I go back? Absolutely. The tranquility I experienced was worth every penny.

The pool water was a little murky. The door to the rooms were hard to open and close. We had 4 rooms booked and we all had trouble with them. One of the keys broke upon first use.

Location was great. Breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of food (I.e., coffee, tea, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bread, pastries). The lounge chairs were comfy and cute. The foosball table and ping pong table were great to have for some extra fun.

pool needs to be cleaned. hot tubs are not free and require advance notice. they lock up the property after 7p in our case and we were locked out from getting back in. there was a phone number listed but my cellular was not working so there was no other way to get in. I yelled and shook the gate and walked up and down the road but no one heard me. I had to flag down someone on the road to call the number and come let us in. they don’t speak English at all. The Wi-Fi only works at the reception. Not strong in the rooms and doesn’t work outside on the patio

The hospitality at the restaurant was the only negative thing of our time there. The lady attending was not really friendly. A lot of times, it felt like she was doing a favor more than doing her job. My boyfriend came in the restaurant to order 2 pineapple juices: he asked for it in a mix of spanish and english. The woman answered very rude: "No english". No smile, not even trying to understand what he was asking for, altough it was pretty clear what he was requesting. I had to go myself to ask for the juices, in spanish, and she did not reply: she just prepared the juices and gave them to me, very serious and annoyed. We got the feeling that they were lazy... A couple of times, we asked if we could eat at the tables outside: the answers were: I'm alone, so you can not. The food was amazing though! Really good!

We really enjoyed our time there. It was quiet, beautiful. The room was big, fresh and clean. The reception's staff was very friendly.

They were conducting refurbishment and there was a lot of drilling and sawing going on. It was impossible to stay at it during the day. The place also is far from the town so we were limited to the restaurant opening hours which were very limited
