It is a long walk from the town centre. There is a v good restaurant about 10 mins walk down the hill - as it happened the host was going down and gave us a lift but if you want to eat out somewhere else it would be a long walk back up the hill from the town.

Beautiful property with v welcomng host. Big windows in the sitting room look out over the lovely garden. Really good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Lovely new hotel set up on a hill above town surrounded by a carefully maintained garden. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and very very clean. Even though it’s in Aysen’s biggest town, it still feels lije you’re staying out in the countryside.

Breakfast could be a bit more generous, the breakfast pack we got for the excursion was mediocre.

Excellent location, very nice modern boutique hotel located in a park. Rooms are fantastic, good Wifi. Parking is good. Nice friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

It would be nice to be able to help yourself to a tea or coffee and to have a no honesty bar rather than having to rely on finding someone to serve you.

Calm and relaxing. Beautiful gardens. Very helpful friendly staff. We arrived very early due to flight change, but the housekeeping staff on duty accommodated us well, despite the language barrier! Main reception staff have excellent English and gave good recommendations. Looking forward to our return trip.

Beautiful small hotel, very close to the city of Coyaique. It is set in a beatuful garden, and the building is very elegant. The staff is friendly, the owner is charming, the room was great and it's close to the city, but not in the city

You need a car to go and return into town. Wasn’t a problem for me since I had a rental, but would be inconvenient without one.

A beautiful gem of a property up the hill from center of Coyhaique. Wonderfully and simply decorated rooms while not large, are very comfy, most w a view of the peaceful garden. Staff is kind and helpful and the common areas inside and out are very inviting. It is not located “in town” so if you want to be next to or immediately near stores and restaurants, this is not for you. If you want a wonderful retreat but still close enough to town, it is a great choice.

A welcoming place to recover after adventuring through Coyhaique. Staff was wonderful and accommodating of our arrival times and baggage requirements. Spa bath was wonderful. Location was a nice change from central Coyhaique, where the local pups can sometimes be vocal at night but not here. The included breakfast was well received and accommodating for time. Hosts wonderful.

Our stay here could not have been better!

This was one of our best experiences on our road trip! The hotel is nestled in the hills above Coyhique. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The STAFF was the best part! They went out of their way to greet us when we arrived and they helped us plan our night out on the town. (We ate and drank amazing beer at D'Oblecks! You must visit! Say Hi to Santa Claus for me!) Just when we thought the stay couldn't get any better, when we walked down for breakfast the next morning the table was already set with fresh fruit, cheeses, bread, coffee, juices, meats, and yogurt. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here on our next visit!!!

Nothing to dislike.

A true home away from home. The property sits above the hustle and bustle of downtown Coyhaique. The moment that you drive through the gate and into the property, you feel more at ease. The home, recently converted into a boutique hotel is warm and comfortable with beautiful and thoughtful details that help you recognize that your experience is important to the owners and staff. We had plans throughout our stay but seriously considered just relaxing at the property, enjoying the breakfasts and taking in the view of the garden through the large windows. Beyond the property that makes the Pura Hotel special is the staff. I cannot say enough. Camila and Josefina and other staff members are the heart and soul of this hotel and your experience. Hand made desserts, so accommodating in every way. Always greeted with a smile, we really enjoyed getting to know them. Again, a home away from home. We were sorry to leave.
