The water for shower has smell for a lot of chlorine.

I like the cleanliness and the view from our room. Breakfast is great.

Breakfast was served a little late (between 9am and 10:30am) but was delicious and brought to our room.

Stunning views, beautiful room with everything that you could possibly need. Really clean and lovely furnishings. Reception were really helpful and kind. Food was tasty and good value - was nice being served in our room.

It is 40 minutes away from Concepcion on a horrible dirt road. No one speaks english. Pizzas were terrible and the bootles with water we got expired months ago.

For a business trip, the location was a little far out but for its purpose as a resort, it is perfect

Road up can be tricky in bad weather. Be aware of traffic on the camino a coronal road. Can be slow.

Beautiful spot in Concepcion, set in the middle of nature. Close to town but felt so far away. Amasing views of the lake. Walking traks around the propery were gorgeous. The room was amazing, beautiful and comfortable. The food was excellent. Home made good quality tasty meals. Bed super comfy, had the best sleep. Staff were super helpful.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. It was amazing.

It was so peaceful at Pura Lodge. The accommodations were spotless and had great scenery. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave us great recommendations on a nearby beach and were quick to respond to anything we needed. I’d come back over and over again!

As Concepcion has a traffic problem and the lodge is on the other side of the main bridge, try not to travel into centre of town during peak hour. The lodge staff organised respected transport for us which was essential as a little hard to find the lodge otherwise.

Beautiful view and nature. The suites were simply stunning. The staff were very very helpful and communicated really well and we had fun with them. Sneak in a swim in the lake!

Access road has got potholes you could lose your car in but I guess that will be repaired.

This was a perfect place to break up between our travel days. outside the busy city. the beds were comfy, views amazing and quiet sleep with windows open. we booked two rooms since travelling with teenagers from Canada. lovely dinner we ordered upon arrivals. meals brought to rooms. lovely views while enjoying breakfast. wifi was very fast. bathrooms lovely. it was easy to find but seemed we were going wrong way since drive was through farmland. beautiful area with small walks around area. the staff was very helpful with some English which was helpful. food was delicious. no reason to go out for dinner. thank you

Beautiful room, nothing around though and pricy. For that money a complementary coffee seems the least! Nespresso cups for 2000 feels not very welcoming. The view is beautiful, curtains not very dark. Breakfast very tasty though we have two small kids (1 and 4) and didnt het anything extra which also felt a bit cheap. View on the lake very nice!

Cleaning: not 5 stars as there were a few spots that were dusty. There were too many misunderstandings with the staff which made of our stay a little stressful. We went there to enjoy the days pre-post wedding and everything I asked for in advance was totally ignored. I wouldn’t book with them again. Been there, done that.
