All was great!

Ignacio warmly welcomed us at 10:00 in the morning as we had nowhere to go after our long trans-Atlantic flight. We got a cup of coffee and our room was ready in no time. The room was nice and cozy and we could reach all places of interest either by walking or by taking a short taxi ride. What a lovely stay!

I asked for the room upstairs, which was very nice. Light from outside was very nice. I just hadn't realized that some sections in the room had very low ceilings, so I did have to duck in a few places, or I would hit my head. I learned this well after two interactions with a low ceiling. Still, it's a very nice room.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty but not elaborate.

We are accustomed to small, soft pillows, these ones were large and very firm. This is personal preference.

Owners, Ignacio and Jemi and their staff Carla were always helpful and kind. The location is excellent in a quiet neighbourhood but close to all the tourist sites and metro was also nearby. We were able to easily walk to most of the tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The B&B was almost always full when we were there but it was alway very quiet, hardly knew anyone else was staying there.

A lovely place to stay with excellent value for money. Ignacio the host is a wonderful man, the choices for breakfast are great and there is a very pleasant atmosphere around. The area is safe, close to the metro and on the streets nearby (5-10 mins walk max) are a wide selection of restaurants. Will return if ever coming back to Santiago.

Location was very quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and the city (about 30/40 minutes) Room was quirky with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Ignacio and his wife were lovely generous hosts with nothing too much trouble (and they didn't laugh at my attempts to speak Spanish!) Breakfast was decent

The room was in a beautiful old building and hence had squeaky floors but essentially it was very quiet even though there was a plethora of bars and restaurants around the corner.

Ignacio, our host, was excellent and aside from providing a wonderful breakfast recommended, Ruben, a friendly taxi driver who got us from and to the airport on time.

The place is in a safe area of Santiago so the location is good. Also, the host was very friendly. I had some issues with my flight to Santiago but the host tried to help me as much as he could and was also very responsive to my messages. The breakfast was also good! I would definitely come back when I get a chance to visit Santiago again.

There was no table in the small common space to eat breakfast. Eating in the room was a bit cramped.

Karla was really very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. She allowed us to check in early after our overnight flight from the US. She also brought breakfast every morning exactly at the time requested. The place is about a 10 minute walk from the metro, which can take you to any part of the city. The neighborhood is older but fine for us. If you are looking for glitz, stay further east.

My own lack of speaking the local language was difficult. But as far as the accomodations....it was just what we had hoped for.

Exceptionally nice owner! Wonderful location convenient to restaurants and bars. Very charming and safe location. It felt like home. Ignacio was very patient withy lack of Spanish language skills.

I like everything just fine. The shower is small and the doors will need some attention soon, but it was clean and bright through a small skylight. So this is not a negative.

Ignacio and Carla were a delight. The place was so much more authentic than staying at a conventional hotel. My attic bed was super comfy and cozy, the neighborhood completely safe and with lots of young people about. I walked to Liguria for dinner. It was a perfect ending to my Chilean journey and next time I'll be back with my husband. (Sharing view through my attic skylight. At night, the moon shown through - great!
