We as 2 ppl walked into the hotel and booked the room directly on the day before of our check-in. A receptionist told us it costed 75,000 CLP per night and we accepted, however he told us the price was 85,000 CLP if you are 2 people when we did check-in. That thing was not reliable unfortunately,,

We chose a mountain view room and literally it was the beautiful mountain view. That's we loved in this hotel.

Didn’t accept credit card for payment. As a foreigner I had a very difficult time on being able to get cash to pay them. After a long time they accepted a bank transfer, but this experience frustrated me

It's not the hotel's fault but the new restobar opposite the hotel was pretty noisy. Perhaps time to invest in some better windows?

It has a great location in the middle of town. The staff are helpful and courteous. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be but it's still ok. The room was attractive and the bed was comfortable. The price/quality ratio seems fair to me. There are only 2 or 3 parking spots in front of the hotel. I advise you to book one well in advance of your stay if you're driving to Pucón.

Very nice staff who gave us a lot of information. Awesome view of the volcano from our balcony. The only bad thing is that our room had a weird smell and there could be more hangers to hang our clothes

Just a little feedback about the breakfast starting time. As I was doing tours that were mostly start before breakfast time at 8, it would be nicer if the try to pack a snack or save your breakfast for afterwards.

The location was great, clean and well maintained. Rustic look, friendly and helpful staff.

The double bed was too narrow for two big Scandinavians. Parking outside the hotel was very limited and if you did not get one of the parking lots, you had to start the big hunt for somewhere to park your car - a very difficult task in Pucón in February…

This little nice B&B is located very centrally in Pucon. Small and full of character. We had a small balcony, very nice. Breakfast was served at the table and could have been richer. You had to request the cleaning of your room. Staff was wonderful. Good value for money.

We spent 3 nights in this nice hotel. The hotel is safe and is perfectly located in Pucón. The bedroom and the bathroom were large and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. A special mention to the people working at the hotel reception : they were super nice and helpful ! We really enjoyed our stay there !

Honestly, there isn't anything I care to criticize, except for the big loud birds nearby.

The location was excellent, in the center of Pucon. The Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke enough English to make things easy. The room was very comfortable and with a large balcony with a great view of the city and the Volcan Villarica (when it wasn't shrouded by clouds).

Nothing not to like

This was one of our best accommodation experiences in three months of travelling around South America. Pucón is the loveliest town to visit, even in the cold wet weather we were unfortunate enough to have during our three day visits. The staff were so lovely at Newen, they spoke very good English, made sure there was a fire lit and warming in the lounge room to sit in front of every day and helped us with all questions we had. The rooms were super comfortable, warm and cosy in those cold days. The shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast was good and served by a sweet lady who obviously took great pride in her job. The hotel is located in a great spot, just off the main drag so very close to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants but also upper quiet at night. They were also kind enough to offer us a later check out as we were catching a late bus out of town.

Great staff and ambience. The breakfast was also pretty good. I was busy with meetings so couldn't get to explore the outdoor activities that much, but the great view of the volcano from my room was a great relief.

The toiletry pump bottles didn't work, I had to unscrew the cap to use the body wash. Each day the maid kindly reattached it, but nobody replaced it. LOL.

Limited parking on the premises, Being so close to everything also means being close to noise and smells. Some lingering noise outside from adjacent businesses (restaurants). Not too bad. Easily overlooked.

Wonderful location - it is centrally located, close to restaurants, markets, parks and the beach. Nice dining area for breakfast, including a cozy spot by the fireplace. Great view of the volcano out the back window of the house.

Breakfast wasn't spectacular, but it was ok.

Loved this place - comfortable, reasonably priced, located in the center of Pucón within walking distance of everything. Some of the rooms, including the one we got upstairs, have a great (balcony) view of the volcano. Staff were super friendly and accommodating as well.
