Not a complaint, but an observation: many of the rooms are not accessible (stairs to get to room), so make sure you ask for that if you need an accessible room and are booking. Additionally, the bathtub/shower is very narrow and sloped like a V shape; the bottom of the tub is also raised above the floor by about 6-8", so it's disconcerting perception wise when you are stepping in and out. I have no disabilities, but it was tricky getting in and out of the tub (luckily there is a handlebar). I can see a senior or someone with a disability having a difficult time or even slipping easily, so be aware.

Breakfast was nice as was the complimentary pisco sour. The room was nice and clean and warm.

The rooms are tired and could do with a renovation including the bathrooms, they only put 1 towel in the room despite 2 guests and some of the staff were a bit rude, but on the whole were helpful

The check-in was slow. We arrived at 2:30 pm and were told check-in was at 3 pm, so we had to wait, which was fine and understandable, but then it took us an hour to check in with only 3 couples in front of us. Seemed like it wasn't the smoothest or most efficient process and something they should improve upon. We didn't have anything else we needed to do so it didn't matter too much. Otherwise a great stay for what we needed.

The hotel was clean and nice, breakfast Is good and varied. However I tried to ask for information several days before our arrival, wrote a second time, but no one answered. Moreover we asked to arrange for a taxi early morning, but apparently they forgot. We were lucky a taxi was close so we just had to wait 10 minutes or so.

After a few days in San Pedro de Atacama, the extra comfort was very welcome. It is very close to the airport, so it is very easy to go there. I don’t anything about the surrounding areas though

We arrived around 23:00 and the people at the reception where not very friendly. Also we had 0 help with our heavy bags.

This hotel is a throwback to the 1970’s - waiters in waistcoats, lots of cocktail bottles behind the bar, “vintage “ brown decor BUT brilliant location if you need a stop over for the airport, staff are really helpful, the best breakfast we had in Chile, all at a low price- so I can forgive the “charm”

Not many restaurants in the area. The hotel has one, but we didn’t try it. Finding our way out from the hotel in the morning (pre-dawn) to the airport ended up going down the wrong way on a one way street and facing an oncoming bus. Not the hotel’s fault, but take care in leaving.

The hotel refused to allow check-in even 30 minutes before their scheduled time of 3:00 PM, which seemed quite unusual to me. I've traveled extensively around the world, but I've never encountered such strict policies elsewhere.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, which was a big plus. The room was decent and met basic expectations. Overall, it was an okay stay.

As others have said, the room furniture (while functional) is dated and worn. It's perfect for a one- or two-night stay or to catch an early flight from the airport, but not to stay for a long while.

Proximity to the airport (literally down the road 2-3 km, great if you have an early flight), facilities (the gym and pool look very nice), and onsite restaurant (which serves a nice breakfast).
