The wine selection is very poor, breakfast is only available as room service, the " restaurant " is very simple. Rooms, interior, bathrooms show a serious backlog in investment for upkeeping. But the place grows on you in its old charm and the views together with the efforts of the staff make up for everything, just listen to the waves and the seagulls and Let It be.

The only thing I didn’t like was the difficulty to reach the front desk or staff by phone, and the additional charge for having an espresso in the lobby.

The ocean view are stunning, and the size of the bedrooms is very nice.

Entering and exiting is a bit nerve-racking because its on a busy and curvy two lane road.

Great boutique hotel right on the ocean, with beautiful views of the city. Food was good too. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. Location is great as it is situated about 5 mins in either direction from beach front and restaurants etc.

A bit old fashioned. Not close enough to walk to restaurants, etc..

Location is beautiful. At first we were worried about the security of parking, but they have a night watchman all night watching the cars. Breakfast was served to the room and while not fancy was plentiful. The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is a little old fashioned, but it’s well cared for with lots of hot water. Swimming pool was warm as well. Good value for the money.

I don’t have any dislikes to mention, but I do have a small suggestion: consider providing a tag or pass for guests to place on the inside of their car windshield (visible from the outside). This would help the rotating parking staff easily identify guest vehicles and avoid any confusion.

Thre breakfast at the room was great ideal. The view at the terrace was amazing, specially during sunset. Lovely!

The room needs a deep clean. There was areas where dust was caked on layers and visible hair, etc. The shower is nice but again, extremely grungy and obviously nothing other than the daily wiping was done. The drain cause water to back up. It felt like the whole room was ready for a renovation.

The bed was great, view is unforgettable, staff were helpful and going out of their way to make sure we have a great stay. We enjoyed to free breakfast and the quality of the fruit. The parking was a huge plus for us.

Glasses and windows were dusty. Very hard to get in and out of parking lot. Glass instead if stone around pool would be so much nicer for pool area. Coffe in lobby should be complementary.

Breakfast was horrible and poor. They don't have a buffet to save money and instead they serve a lousy breakfast to the room. Expected more considering hotel rating. Never again

The cleaning staff took and threw away some items in a bag that we had at the room. It was a major fault and disrespectful moment, this is the first time that something like this happened to us.

The view was impressive, and the facilities were very good.

The only negative was the bathroom in our seaside room (21) is quite dated, and although clean, has a very run down feeling. It is not nearly as attractive as the modern bathroom in the website pictures. It needs an interior decorating refresh, and some basic maintenance.

Location by the sea, small hotel with “family run” atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff.

Nice room with a nice view from the room over the sea. Nice breakfast in the room but only one cup of coffee. To enjoy the nice place, it would be nice to have at least 2 cups of coffee for breakfast. Champagne offered in reception really small 3-4 cl, better not offer this (higher level of room) and small bottle champagne from the room was almost without bubbles, only tasted it and and did not drink, reception wanted payment anyway.

No dinner available, just appetizers. I would suggest a simple menu, easy for the cook to accommodate guests

The view is amazing! Even better than the pictures they show. The staff is very polite and accommodates to your needs. The very close, walking distance beach. The tempered pool (the ocean is kinda cold) The ping pong and pool tables. The possibility of a massage/sauna.

Bathrobe and slippers only provided with the use of the sauna. It would be nice to have those as a standard item in the room.

Incredible ocean view from the room. Room was nice and spacious. There is a small, but very adequate, sauna. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
