We booked this place as a treat for completing our W-trek hike and was not disappointed at all! The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! We were so sad we only had one night there but definitely would recommend to others!

Excellent location, easy walking distance to the main square, waterfront and restaurants. Excellent service - staff very helpful in assisting with the national park tickets and booking taxis. Lovely boutique decor.

We liked everything about this hotel. The decor in the common space is warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed their choose of music playing in the back round. The owners of the hotel and staff are fabulous. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and would highly recommend staying here.

Housekeeping should undergo training to not touch personal belongings. The room maintenance needs a bit more attention.

During our stay, a tour was canceled due to the weather and thanks to Erkka we were able to take another option and still have an incredible day. It’s a beautifully designed hotel paying a lot of attention to small details that make the stay feel special! It’s located within 5-min drive / 20 min walk from the Terminal Rodoviario (bus station) and steps away from many restaurants and coffee shops. The stuff is also incredibly nice - they provided us with a to-go breakfast as we needed to leave early to the Torres del Paine. They also kindly agreed to store the bags while we were on a 7-day trek. We absolutely loved the stay. I think it’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen in my life!
