But let’s talk vibes: downstairs is where the kitchen lives… and dies. It’s dark, gloomy, and the stove might actually be an elaborate puzzle or sentient being, because no one could figure it out. Upstairs? That’s where the family lives, and some of you do too, basically. It’s cozy in the “you’ll know their child's nap schedule and probably their favourite telenovela” kind of way. Lovely people, but it’s not exactly quiet. Great place for a night or two, especially if your main goal is catching buses and catching sleep (with headphones).

We stayed here every night for our visits to Torres del Paine, mostly because it’s a 2-minute zombie walk from the bus station, and honestly, that alone makes it worth it. Private room? Yes Clean? Yes Wi-Fi? Surprisingly decent. All the essentials were there.

Super friendly hosts, clean and comfortable rooms and very reasonable price- we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend! The only small downside was that our room had a clear plastic roof which meant it was light quite early on and was quite loud from the rain but this didn’t bother us too much.

This is excellent location 5-10 min to bus terminal. Host is very friendly. You can use the kitchen and fridge. And turn on the heater when it is cold.

These are really just “very nice to haves”: 1. A second pillow on the bed would have been nice for reading in bed. 2. One night the sound of footsteps kept me up. (But I’ve found that to be the case in all the hostels I’m staying at here.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location is very good (three blocks from the busstation). I had a room with my own bathroom. The bed had plenty covers and a very well heating stove.

I love my room. It’s spacious, has big windows, is spotless, and warmed with a heater! Claudia, the lady owner, is also nice and friendly. The house is within walking distance of the center and just a stone's throw from the bus station. the house has a lookup rooftop where you can see your surroundings.

There is no way you can rate the rooms properly since the sizes and comfort of the rooms are very different. I was given two different rooms during my stay in different days. You do not know which one the owner will give to you. Also, there was no heating in the room I stayed but it was quite cold at night. There was heating in some other rooms.

The location is perfect if you plan to take the bus to either the national park or El Calafate since it is only 10 minutes walk.

SCAM, do not book this property!! On the day of our reservation, the property contacted us via WhatsApp and told us that they didn't actually have a room for us. We booked this property months in advance and they only warned us at 9am on the day of the reservation. There aren't many places to stay in Puerto Natales so finding a place last minute will set you back *a lot* of money. The owner was extremely arrogant too, telling us that "we shouldn't complain, they were nice enough to let us know now we shouldn't waste their time and instead start looking for a new place." Do yourself a favor and do not book this place. Since this happened, we saw multiple similar reviews on different platforms....

When we arrived our room was not available because they had an overbooking. The owner was not there and she left a friend opening the door;, she was not available on the phone either so we could not contact her. We were left by ourselves dealing with the problem of finding a new accommodation through Booking assistance, she did not care about it at all. Moreover the house looked very old and dirty, there was not a normal kitchen but a wood-fired stove, so impossibile for cooking. Just one table available. The price was very high for what you get. You can find much much better accommodation in Puerto natales for better price! Absolutely NOT recommended.

Basically sharing a house with the host. Didn't seem very clean at all. When I wanted to use the bathroom, there was another man in there gesturing for me to come in an use it? Really bizarre experience, Didn't feel very safe or comfortable there at all. And definitely not good value for money, I regret not just staying at a hostel
