This is a really neat and stylish hostel. Everything was constantly kept clean and tidy. Rooms were in great shape with modern equipment, comfortable and warm. The kitchen provides plenty of everything for cooking and food storage. There is also a coffee machine and tea for free use. This is the kind of place where you feel like home right from the beginning. It's just beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here very much. During 8 months of travels this was the best hostel we stayed at, and we would come back to the place at any time.

There is a primary school next door/close by. It didn’t bother us, but you are definitely aware of it when the kids play outside. :)

We stayed in the ‘Tiny House’ which is brand new and everything was spotless and perfect. It was probably our favourite stay during our 2 month trip!

Not a negative but just be aware unlike some hostels they accept children - when I was there there was kids and babies everywhere so more of a family vibe than social traveller.

Such a clean and beautiful property. The couch by the fire was an absolute highlight. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of facilities and areas to chill out in.

The best hostel I stayed at ever! Super clean and light. Have free tea and coffee from the machine (!!!) all day. Laundry service is excellent and quick, and also cheaper than a lot of other places. The staff is excellent. There's free parking available.

We really loved our stay at MaPatagonia. After a busy few weeks hiking, this was the perfect place to have some relaxation time. We loved how warm and cozy the house was, the open fire was so nice to read our books by. The kitchen was so well organised, the fridges and pantry were kept super clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were lots of board games that you could play. Bed was really comfortable, nice bathrooms. Excellent location!

The hostel is cozy and charming. They have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and pretty spacious. There is free coffee and tea! Carrot cake (very delicious) costed 1000 CLP for 1 piece and I highly recommend it. Big & clean bathroom.

I have been to many hostels in my life, this has been by far the nicest and cleanest I've been to. It is super cozy with a huge yard where you can enjoy a tea on a bench under an apple tree. They even make your bed everyday which made me feel at home!

This place is so cosy, you feel at home instantly. Great facilities, including a well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms with consistent hot water and good water pressure. the room itself was very comfy and clean. Friendly staff and a great location - what more could you ask for!

The hostel was easy to find. All the facilities (room, kitchen and shared bathroom) were always clean. We have everything we needed and staff were helpful in organising tours and transfer. Great location with less than 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and city centre.

This place is exceptional. As soon as we walked in it feels warm, safe and homely. The owner Pierre was so welcoming and helpful. Every area is well thought out. There are social areas, a shared kitchen with everything you could need and separate fridge and shelf areas for each room. Our private room was so comfortable especially the bed. We asked to stay an extra night. It is a great place for travellers to meet and chat. The whole feeling is quiet and calm and SO clean. The bathrooms are shared but never busy and every time I went in there it looked and smelled as if it had just been cleaned. The team work all the time behind the scenes to make it a great experience. It is so warm and cosy too, there is a roaring fire to sit next to. A really excellent stay in a beautiful town and area Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful old house converted into a hostal. Moden and clean shared bathrooms, large garden guests can use. Quiet location from where you can walk to the lakefront in a couple of minutes.

Everything was great.

Big rooms, in a beautiful listed building, at a fantastic price. And the hostel has a great social vibe, you will definitely make friends there. The owner Pierre does a day tour 2-3 times per week to climb Volcan Osorno and visit the waterfall at Las Cascadas -- at CLP 25,000 per person you can't beat it, definitely get a place on that if you can.

Cannot fault this place! Truely the best Hostal I have stayed in throughout my travels. Everything was so comfortable and the staff were super accommodating. Provides laundry services, day activities and a fully equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea! Absolutely beautiful. Highly highly recommend.
