We had an awesome stay at Maki - the room was very clean, bright, modern and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the location was brilliant. The stand out for us was the exceptional reception staff who went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. They helped us book tours, provided great recommendations and were very flexible and accommodating. If you are paying at the property, you will need to pay by credit card or cash (debit card incurs a substantial fee), so we had to get out cash (pesos) and then convert it to USD at a local currency exchange kiosk. Was easy enough to do but was unexpected. Would highly recommend Maki! We loved our time in Pucon.

Strange, but the 1st thing I remember is the shower. Very comfortable. This is why I returned to the hotel after a long hike in Melipeucu. I also liked the stuff, parking, bed, balcony and the breakfast fruits and cakes.

One of the best hotels we have been to. It is beautiful in its design, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was especially good with freshly baked goods, fruit and many more. We really enjoyed our stay.

Soundproofing could have been better. I could hear all street noise from the room. Bathroom sink & tap design can make it a little tricky to not splash water all over the sink top.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, walked the extra mile to ensure all my requests and needs were met (Arranging for airport transfer, provided information for transport to hike at local National Park). Breakfast was superb (love the eggs and Pucón honey is amazing)

Though we stayed only one night in this hotel so it was fine for us. However, the room we got was extremely small and to make it worse it had extra single bed inside - there was no literally space to move around and it had very limited space for clothes, etc. It was a busy week in Pucon with international conference and probably better rooms were allocated for guests staying longer, though we would not recommend to book a room for three pax. The bathroom did not have any heating at all. Though the room was ready for our late evening arrival warmed up with AC while it was close to 0C outside the bathroom was icy cold and the only way to warm it up was to switch on the hot hot shower which is not ideal. The breakfast was very limited and simple and no any other choice of coffee by filtered. We would appreciate espresso even if for extra charges.

The location of the hotel is great and the parking was useful though there was plenty space on the street too. The hotel looks really nice inside and outside with a small garden. The staff were nice and helpful.

The property is awesome. Each room has its own heating and air conditioning. The rooms are very confortable and clean and they have a balcony. The view of Volcán Villarica is beautiful. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly and helpful. We had a flat tire one morning and the staff helped get the tire repaired and changed in no time and we were on our way. Service way above what was expected.

Nice hotel close to the center, but far enough from city noise, the front desk was super useful to find all touristic services and transportation.

The breakfast schedule, few tables at the dinner room didn’t allow every guest to enjoy a peaceful breakfast, too much noise from the kitchen… maybe I am too sensitive to noise.

Rooms are a bit on the small side but perfectly comfortable for 2 people.

We loved our stay at Maki. The hotel is family run and you can really feel the love and care they put into the services. Friendly check-in (they even let us into our room about 3 hours early) to breakfast with freshly served juices, eggs, delicious cakes, fresh fruit - everything was great. We had a little garden patio from our room which was really nice.

Wonderful breakfast. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, lake, etc. Air conditioning in the room was super. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always so helpful. We loved that the hotel was small and homey.
