Cute Hostel. Great for a night. Easy access. It was very clean, and the common area was great to make breakfast. It was nice and warm, which was great in the cold weather. The shower had nice hot water. They accommodated a late check-in.

Not that clean, broken shower head, uncomfortable mattress that needs to be replaced or flipped, and one toilet for seven people is not really workable especially if you have roommates that monopolize the bathroom. We had to unclog the toilet twice and almost had to go to the bathroom outside on multiple occasions because the bathroom was occupied.

Quiet neighborhood, king sized bed, warm house, off street parking, and a kitchen that pretty much had everything you would need to cook with (a spatula would have been nice though).

walk 20min to town center. my room was very tiny room with single bed. Breakfast is on the table. Bread, fruit, cheese, ham, and instant coffee bought by the owner. You can eat it and clean it up at your own time.

Only thing is finding the house. There is a hostel with the same name so check the house number and street name when using the address.

Located a 30 minute walk from the centre with restaurants. 10 minutes to bus stop. Confusing since there are three properties with this same name (same company) and the driver took us to the other properties first. Really nice sitting lounge and kitchen. Very good breakfast.

The location is a 25-30 minute walk to the central area with the restaurants and grocery stores (other than small convenience stores). I had not realized that there would not be staff at the location so we could not get in and we arrived and I did not have wifi. We used someone’s phone on the street to communicate with the staff and get the code. So if you decide to stay there then simply communicate in advance with the staff and they can provide the code so you can get in.

There is a lovely kitchen and living room to prepare food, eat , and hang out. Great breakfast food set out.

The location isn't great for the town, but its close to the bus station to get anywhere. I truly could not sleep in this place. I wanted to love it but I couldn't. The walls are PAPER thin, and the doors have a stupid glass panel so any time someone turns the light on in the hallway, its shining into the room (regardless of he pathetic curtain). Also, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable I could feel every metal spring. So easy to fix by simply putting a mattress pad over it. If you can sleep through noise, you can stay here (if they fix the mattress situation). If you're a light sleeper like me, it is impossible if people choose to stay up.

The home is so clean. There is only one bathroom, but its cleaned perfectly daily. The kitchen is also so clean, one of the only kitchens I felt comfortable using in South America.

The host cancelled the booking last minute and did not offer a solution or assistance, despite knowing that we were about to board a bus for several hours to PN without wifi. The cancellation reason sounded dubious at best, as I've heard similar cancellation reasons from fellow travelers occurring when hosts receive a reservation from another platform for a better price.

Cleaning could be largely improved. I found a ball of hair on the nightstand and on one of the banket there where blood stains. Also we were six and they gave us only four towels but there was noone around to ask. Self check in is fine but this was more like a self service home.

When I arrived at the property, the previous guest had left a padlock on the door. So I could not put my stuff in my room and lock it. I contacted the owner and was unable to get hold of him. I therefore locked my bags up in an empty room and went out for dinner. An hour later, he was messaging me saying I shouldn’t have done that, and I needed to come back immediately. He came and found me, whilst I was having dinner, cut my meal short and he drove me back to the house. He said he needed the key asap because guests were arriving, which I understood - but he should have checked my room prior to my arrival. Anyway, that room remained vacant for the entire 3 days of my stay! He came out to find me in town, I didn’t finish my dinner and he ruined my first evening in puerto natales - for absolutely no reason what so ever. He lied and told me guests were coming, but no one came. Also the duvet does not come with a duvet cover and I am not sure whether it is even washed - it was covered in stains. Definitely over priced for what it is.
