Reviews of Innata Casa Hostal

Wow... wow... wow! This is the fourth place we have stayed in Chile but the first Hostal. I cannot say enough positive about Innata Casa. It far surpasses any of the places we have stayed in Chile to date. From the amazing staff to the decor to the beds to the location to the shower! I am so pleased that we booked this hostal for our return nights! Truly truly wonderful! And just to say again... the staff are AMAZING! So helpful, kind and sweet. Thank you! Xxx

Couldn't find something to fault if I tried! 🤣

Location was really central and close to essentials (bus stops, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). Room was big and clean and staff were *mostly* really nice and helpful.

On our last day the staff member on duty was really rude. We went downstairs for breakfast at 7am because we had a bus to catch later that morning, but he didn't turn up until almost 7.15am. He didn't apologise and treated us and another other couple (who had a taxi waiting to take them to the airport) like we were the problem for expecting him to be there when he was supposed to be. He was also rude when we were paying the bill. Also, water pressure and temperature in the shower wasn't great.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They assisted us with arranging taxis when needed and recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner that is just around the corner. Clean, quiet and comfortable private room. Excellent breakfast.

Great little hotel in the middle of downtown Punta Arenas. The room was small but sufficient for our needs and included a fridge, comfortable bed, and other amenities. There is lots of shopping and great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful by providing packed lunches for our early morning tour as well as a delicious breakfast at the hotel the day we left. The staff also provided helpful recommendations for grocery shopping, dinner options, and great housekeeping during out stay.

Parking is available but limited behind a small gate at the hotel.

Not much this time as the room size spoilt any reason to say anything nice. Accept the beds were comfortable and the place was clean.

They have a variety of rooms some bigger than others. Ours was smaller than before. Bathroom was ridiculous for what you pay. I have stayed their 3 times and wouldn't stay again

fantastic hostal in a great location, very spacious accommodation including a kitchenette, with everything you need for your stay, well furnished - comfortable beds, very neat and clean, excellent breakfast. hostal with a very pleasant vibe and charm, contributed by the very kind and helpful staff who made us feel at home - - thank you very much for that!

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, large & comfy room. The hostal is very close to the bus station, therefore ideal is you plan to travel by bus.

A bit loud as the hostall is situated on a frequented road.

Excellent place, very clean, very friendly staff

I picked it for location and cost and found it had much more to offer. We were only blocks from the bus station, right next to a grocery and within very easy walking distance to both the historic section of downtown as well as the newer shopping area north of the river. We could walk to everything in the main core of town, visit Plazas, walk along the waterfront, go shopping, etc. The room was just right. The breakfast was unique. The staff served us a set of choices like yogurt, toast and egg, , or toast with ham and cheese, or a combo. One day we had an early tour to carry so they prepared a yummy box breakfast to take with us early. The place felt secure and quiet. We arrived by plane and they arranged a specific taxi to pick us up. We left by bus which was only a couple blocks away. We had rented a car from the downtown Europcar for two of our days and reserved parking within the hotel gate. That worked well because parking is very limited in downtown.
