The bathroom, which is open, particularly uncomfortable if the shower has a little gutter. Also, the opening time of the restaurant is not very suitable with some who go to Torres del Paine.

Spa was out of order for our entire 2 night stay and no offer of reduced rate or compensation for this. Bit disappointing given the cost of the rooms per night and we booked to use the spa after trekking the W trek.

The hotel was great. Perfect location right in the sea front and walking distance to town and great restaurants. The view was beautiful from our room. The hotel itself has a quirky and interesting design - it’s got a lot of character. The restaurant and food were excellent and the staff in very area were friendly and engaging. Big shout out to Tamara and Francesca on the front desk who were lovely but the real star of the hotel was Ignacio who went above and beyond helping us retrieve a package that had been lost in transit en route to the hotel. He was incredible - we’d still be looking for it wasn’t for him. We can’t thank him enough!

The sun coming through the large picture windom in the afternoon heats up the room so much that even opening the small vent does not provide enough relief. Lack of cleanliness in the corners of the bathroom area. The faucet is so high and centrally located over the sink that you cannot lean over the sink and wash your face. The faucet is also unstable. Furthermore, the magnifying mirror is situated too far away from the sink to be useful.

Very noisy because of adjacent construction! Difficult to communicate because of lack of English speaking staff especially in the restaurant. Not enough towels, we had to constantly ask for them. Expensive than comparable hotels in the area

The building works that we’re going on all around our room. Jackhammers starting at 8.30am. Dust everywhere. We were not told when we booked it or when we checked in. We complained and the staff didn’t care at all.

Overpriced and not very clean. Small room with separate loo but shower and basin in the bedroom. The windows are filthy as is the entrance doorway. Attached restaurant also disappointing and over priced.

The location is ok, but be aware that it overlooks a skate park.

The cost of hotels in this region if you’re not staying in a hostel are surprisingly high. But this was better than other options and was so enjoyable we forgot about how expensive it felt when booking it.

Beautiful, light, comfy decor that was so inviting. Big window and window seat with a fur on it to lay and watch the ships go by and the ocean. My husband literally said, magnificent shower. Great water pressure and surfaces. The little touches like hammock chairs, a welcome platter and friendly service made us feel special and really added to the experience. The staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast was really nice too with protein (eggs, ham, bacon) included with the fresh fruit and bread. Perfect location to walk everywhere and also had bikes to borrow. We loved it and will stay here again next time.
