How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I do not have enough words to describe how great my staying was! Leandro, Ingrid and Cristian will do their best so you can enjoy your holidays in Patagonia. Leandro and Cristian used to work at the park therefore they can provide their tips and advice for your hikes. Kitchen: clean and tidy. Enough space to cook . Breakfast is included ! Rooms: Warm , clean and tidy. Toilets and showers: brand new and super clean! Location: 10 min from the bus station and from downtown. There is a big supermarket next to to prepare for your hikes. There is a big garden where they do some activities or where you can have the first coffee while staring at the pink sky during sunrise .

The shared kitchen is a bit small but that's ok. A bit far from the city center and the bus station but not too much.
It's a new hostel. Hosts are very nice and want to make your stay nice. Rooms are clean, you can store luggage during the trek safely for free. Shared kitchen. Spaces are clean

The location is a bit far from the town center, around 15-20 minutes walk.
The hosts are very nice and helpful, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. The hostel bathrooms and kitchen are kept always clean. It’s 15 minutes walk from the bus station.

The double room we booked is very small, but it was still very comfortable!
Really nice and very clean hostel with great kitchen and dining area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and even went out to buy vegan breakfast items for us. Would definitely stay again!

Leandro and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They poured their hearts into the hostel and turned it into a wonderful place. It's so comfortable in the hostel. We can find everything we need in the kitchen. The bathrooms are clean. The breakfast is generous.

Couldn’t have been happier staying here to relax after hiking in Torres del Paine. The staff were lovely and so helpful, the place is spotless, the bed was super comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Also much quieter than other hostels at night. Highly recommend!

Not super close to town or bus station but most places don't seem to be in Puerto Natales to be honest!
Comfortable bed, sheets smelled nice, cosy little hostel, kitchen was good for cooking, everything was very clean, breakfast was great - oats, bread, cake, yogurt, oranges and hot drinks

This is such a cute hostel. Nice common area. Well equipped kitchen. Super nice host. The bed was big and comfy. The bathrooms were really clean. A decent breakfast is included. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Great little hostel, a place where the guests talk to eachother not like the larger hostels. The staff are incredible and accommodate all of the requests. Especially thank you for the quick laundry service! Very clean rooms and plenty of bathrooms

The rooms felt very fresh and clean. The bathrooms were very clean. They had a nice breakfast each morning. The staff were very helpful and the place felt very warm and cozy. It didn’t feel like a hostel,unlikely to be a place to meet backpackers

A little further out of the main part of town where all the restaurants/shops are, not a major issue it was cool to explore!
Felt cosy and the rooms/bathrooms were always clean. Staff helpful and fab that I could store luggage whilst doing the O trek, breakfast included was basic but enough !

Staff doesn't speak English very well, which sometimes can be complicated. The beds don't have plug ins close and rather low railings. It is a little outside of town, if you are ok walking a lot it is still great.
Super cute hostel with very nice staff. The rooms are very big and there are proper bathrooms on the hallway which were super nice and clean.

Best hostel ever! It really feels like home. Perfect for spending some chill days in a family-like environment before setting off again for your next adventure. Hosts are extra nice and accommodating, breakfast is great and the place is truly spotless. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Could be maybe a bit more helpful with organizing trips, but at the same time a lot of people come here with everything already planned, so it might be just my problem. Also the plugs could be placed more conveniently.
Lovely owners (especially the guy giving breakfast). Less touristic location. Clean. Comfortable. Good kitchen.

abit far out of town. only accept cash payment. however, I only had argentinian pesos and they let me pay with that which was nice
