You can’t beat the location -- just a few steps from all the major bus companies (Bus Sur, TecniAustral), which made it perfect for a quick overnight stay between buses. The building has some nice character with historical touches and wooden stairs. My room was clean, the heating worked great, and while there was no private bathroom, there were plenty of very clean shared bathrooms. Fast wifi, too!

Very lovely staff at the reception, helping us with our travel arrangements. The breakfast had freshly baked roles, and they offered to-go bags for those heading out before 7:30 AM. There was coffee and tea available at all times. The price was very fair and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very close (300m) to the main bus station, which was great for us.

There is no elevator and the reception is on the 2nd floor, our room was on the 3rd floor, keep this in mind when traveling with heavy bags. The water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust and kept changing. The sheets and towels are out of polyester fabric and don't feel as nice as cotton ones.

Lovely place. Clean and comfortable bed. Close to the bus station. They gave me a breakfast box since I was leaving early.

It's a little bit expensive considering you get a shared bathroom. Rooms are on a second floor. You have to carry your luggage.

Very essential but it’s ok for a one night stay. Rooms and bathrooms and clean. Only down side is that the walls are extremely thin so you hear some noises from the hallway but that’s normal.

We stayed in the family room on a Saturday night and got no sleep at all. Not because of the hotel itself, but because the road outside was being used as a racetrack all night long. Cars with noisy exhausts were revving their engines and blasting out reggaeton. I feel for the hostel because this is out of their control, but made it a very uncomfortable stay.

Close to bus terminal, showers / bathrooms are spacious and clean.

After booking and saying that due to late bus arrival the check in will be after 12pm, they charged us 12k pesos more, which was not standing anywhere in the description that there is extra charge on that.

Great location just a couple of blocks from bus station on the way to town center. Really convenient.

It would benefit from some renovation. It must have seen better days. Breakfast has good potential but is very basic without much choice.

Lovely staff who were prepared to assist us as much as possible, especially storage of our bicycles. The hostel is situated close to the two bus companies we used and is close to shops and eateries.

When you're leaving early to catch buses or go on excursions it would be good to have earlier breakfasts.

The bed and location

Too noisy and you need to put something on the floors. Walls are too thin and I could hear everything. Could not sleep. Breakfast was very poor but you have been told all these things now I have read the reviews and there have been no changes so wasting my time

Personal was super nice

Breakfast was rather poor; the blinds did only cover half of the window so that when the sun was rising around 4am it was bright day in the room

Comfy bed, and very close to bus station

Disappointing, additional charges that weren’t listed that had to be paid at check-in, no hot water (was fixed but an hour later and we had to leave for our bus), loud music/cars racing down the street outside, poor breakfast and generally unhelpful staff.
