There is no elevator and the reception is on the 2nd floor, our room was on the 3rd floor, keep this in mind when traveling with heavy bags. The water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust and kept changing. The sheets and towels are out of polyester fabric and don't feel as nice as cotton ones.

Very lovely staff at the reception, helping us with our travel arrangements. The breakfast had freshly baked roles, and they offered to-go bags for those heading out before 7:30 AM. There was coffee and tea available at all times. The price was very fair and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very close (300m) to the main bus station, which was great for us.

Very essential but it’s ok for a one night stay. Rooms and bathrooms and clean. Only down side is that the walls are extremely thin so you hear some noises from the hallway but that’s normal.

After booking and saying that due to late bus arrival the check in will be after 12pm, they charged us 12k pesos more, which was not standing anywhere in the description that there is extra charge on that.

It would benefit from some renovation. It must have seen better days. Breakfast has good potential but is very basic without much choice.

When you're leaving early to catch buses or go on excursions it would be good to have earlier breakfasts.

Lovely staff who were prepared to assist us as much as possible, especially storage of our bicycles. The hostel is situated close to the two bus companies we used and is close to shops and eateries.

Be aware that the stairs are in wood and make noise when people are using it. It could be challenging to fall sleep when people are coming and going.

We just needed a place to lay our heads for one evening before heading to the airport. This place was perfect for that so I can't speak to it's overall location when visiting the city. It is a three minute walk from the Bus Sur station. Check in was easy as they have a reception desk and function more as a hotel than a hostel. The bed was comfortable, water was hot, and the wifi worked, so those were our primary needs. Can't speak to the breakfast or other amenities. It was peaceful and quiet the night we were there and we slept well. The staff is courteous.

We had to pay 19% more than the price we booked for on Booking even though we had the chile passport. Breakfast was really simple (2 slices cheese for 3 People, dry bread,. ).

Great location just across from bus station and main square. Staff were very welcoming and around during the day for check in any time. Fast wifi. Room was nice and warm and shared bathroom was clean with hot water and there were plenty of bathrooms available. Staff even proactively organised early breakfast of fruit and yoghurt when I had to depart early morning. Couldnt have been more helpful.

Great value for money & all very clean, our private room was very comfortable & warm. Really close to the bus 'station'. We were worried we'd miss out on the drag racing outside which we'd read so many reviews about, but luckily we got the chance on our final night (a weekend) - not a problem for us, but we'd recommend other travellers bring good earplugs!

It was unfortunate that the wifi signal was intermittent. Luckily there was an excellent Internet(Santandar) cafe a few doors down the road as we had to book flights.

Location was excellent and breakast were very good value for money. Although basic, it was quiet and surprisingly comfortable.
