Only minor things that could be improved - there was only one extremely bright light fixture in the room (a lamp would have made things less painful when we woke up at 5am for our tour!). The bathroom sink and shower were a little clogged, but to be fair we did not raise it with the hotel during our stay.

Lovely small hotel, rooms were generally quite comfortable and very clean. The family loved the common area facilities, including a pool table, sofa area and kitchen. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Location was good - about a 10-15 min walk to the center, but with a minimarket just in front and some restaurants just a few minutes away.

The room was very poorly isolated and there was holes around the door, so it was freezing despite having the heater on for hours

Size of the room. We were 2 in a 3-persons room and that was ok, but for 3 would be problematic. No English speaker at the reception.

Helpful, charming staff. Good location, however 10-12 minutes to „Caracoles”. Clean room, a few comfortable common spaces, tea, coffee available all the time. Very close to bus station. Packed breakfasts available.

It is far away from the center of town if you want to go out to eat or walk around the main street. The room is pretty hot and the fan does not cool it off as much

The hotel is great and has a beautiful view from the second floor common area. The breakfast is good and we were able to use the fridge in our stay which was very helpful

Room with windows inward the corridors, meaning ventilation or privacy. Both are quite impossible, bit of road noise.

Location next to bus station, mini market and local restaurant. Atention to main hostal and anex hostel (40mts apart) Good room, kitchen avaiable, tv room. Good but simple Breakfast.

Well located and great place to stay. My room was ready even before check-in time and because ei left early morning they even packed up my breakfast. I don't understand some of the previous comments...everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful, and internet worked very well...3 different connections were available. Its a really great place to stay

For some reason, despite staying four nights, we didn’t get a change of towels during our stay.

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was simple but very adequate. It’s a quieter part of San Pedro, which we enjoyed.

The decoration style is very simple and cultured.

Great location. We stayed at there for two nights. Super nice people working there even they don’t speak English, we used Google translate to communicate 😂. We booked a suite with private bathroom and it was clean as shown in the pictures. Breakfast are included. We didn’t have breakfast there on the first day because of our trip but they prepared sandwiches and drinks and snacks for us. The second morning we really enjoyed our breakfast in there hostel. The gave us the garage to use for overnight. I rated every thing to the top, even after hiking in the desert we needed showers and there’s not enough water, it’s understandable and forgivable in the desert. Thanks for allowing us to stay. The room could get a bit stuffy, especially after the afternoon sun heated up the courtyard. A fan would have been appreciated.

Good location an easy walk from the centre of town. Good kitchen facilities, decent breakfast (including a take-away breakfast if you're up and out early for a tour). Room was comfortable, would stay here again.

They warn you about this after you book the property, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in our room. The location is not the closest one to city center, but totally walkable distance, and it’s near minimarkets and restaurants, so not a big deal. Breakfast ingredients could be a bit better. Having real fruit juice for example.

The staff is the high point. Raul and the others were beyond kind to us, always available to help with whichever requests we had. Also, very clean, comfortable bed, hot showers and super quiet at night. Breakfast is simple in ingredients and options, but very tasty - the huevitos are prepared individually for each guest, that’s a plus compared to a buffet.
